Which is better for screen size and handling?
The Reno14 Pro’s 6.83-inch display gives you more screen area for reading, video and games. The Reno15 Pro Mini’s 6.32-inch panel and lower listed weight make it the more compact phone to carry and handle. Its 187–188g weight is lighter than the Reno14 Pro’s approximately 201g, although it is not exceptionally light for a phone of its size.

- 512GB Storage, 12GB RAM
- Android 15, ColorOS 15, Mediatek Dimensity 8450 (4 nm), Octa-core 3.25 GHz

How do their cameras differ?
The most conspicuous specification change is the main rear camera: the Reno14 Pro lists a 50MP wide camera, while the Reno15 Pro Mini lists a 200MP wide camera. Both list optical image stabilization on the main camera, a 50MP autofocus ultra-wide camera, a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS, and a 50MP autofocus front camera.
The higher megapixel count does not, by itself, establish that the Mini takes better photos. Sensor resolution is only one factor in image quality, and the published specifications do not provide a head-to-head camera test. Both phones list front- and rear-camera video recording up to 4K at 60fps and HDR video support.

Performance, battery and charging
OPPO lists the same MediaTek Dimensity 8450 platform, 8-core CPU and ARM G720 MC7 graphics on both phones. That makes the listed chipset a match, but the specifications alone cannot establish equal real-world speed, sustained performance or heat management. OPPO’s launch releases each attributed a 1.66 million AnTuTu score to the Dimensity 8450-equipped Pro device; that is a manufacturer-published claim, not an independent comparison or a result guaranteed for every handset.

Software version and update commitment
OPPO’s product pages list ColorOS 15 for the Reno14 Pro and ColorOS 16 for the Reno15 Pro Mini, so the Mini has the newer listed software version. OPPO’s January 2026 Reno15 launch announcement says the series will receive five major ColorOS version updates and six years of security updates. This is OPPO’s published support commitment for the Reno15 series; it does not guarantee a particular user experience or update timing.
