On listed specifications, the OPPO K13 5G has the stronger display and battery-and-charging package. The vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G has the slightly larger screen, but its panel is a lower-resolution LCD, its typical battery is smaller, and its charging is rated at 44W against OPPO’s 80W. Both phones list a 120Hz refresh rate. These are manufacturer figures, not results from a controlled side-by-side test.
The price difference cannot be stated cleanly yet. OPPO’s figures are India launch prices from April 2025, and vivo’s figure is a store listing seen on October 7, 2026 for a different RAM and storage combination. The sections below explain how to compare them properly.
Specifications side by side
The table uses the values each manufacturer publishes. Where a source gives a second figure, it is shown in the same cell so the difference is visible.

Where the specifications diverge
Display: a larger diagonal versus a sharper panel
vivo’s screen is 0.07 inches larger on paper, but the OPPO panel has far more pixels and a different panel technology. Calculated from the listed resolution and diagonal, the OPPO K13 5G works out to roughly 395 pixels per inch, and the vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G to roughly 260. The AMOLED panel on the OPPO is the more likely of the two to look sharp in text and images, but pixel density is a spec-sheet number. It does not measure brightness, colour accuracy or how the panel behaves outdoors.
Battery and charging: compare matching labels
OPPO lists a 7000mAh typical capacity. vivo lists 6500mAh typical and also gives a 6355mAh rated figure. Compare typical with typical, and treat the rated number as a separate measure rather than a lower score. vivo publishes battery-use scenarios with stated test conditions and notes that actual charging power and speed may vary. Those are vivo’s own laboratory results and should be attributed as such. Neither company’s figures establish how long either phone lasts in daily use.
Processor: different platforms, no measured winner
The OPPO K13 5G uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 platform, and the vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G uses a MediaTek Dimensity 6300. The two pages establish which chip each phone uses. They do not establish which one is faster in games, multitasking or heat management, and no benchmark result from a controlled test was found for this pair.

Cameras: megapixels are only the starting point
The OPPO K13 5G pairs a 50MP main camera with a 2MP monochrome sensor and a 16MP front camera. The vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G has a 50MP Sony main camera and a 5MP front camera, and its comparison page adds a 0.08MP secondary rear sensor. A 16MP front camera on the OPPO is a higher resolution figure than the 5MP on the vivo, but megapixel counts do not decide image quality, which depends on sensor size, processing and lens. No photo comparison from either manufacturer or an independent reviewer was used for this article.
Memory configurations: the variants do not match
The OPPO K13 5G is listed with 8GB RAM in both of its storage options. vivo’s official materials show 4GB+128GB and 6GB+256GB. The 6GB+256GB vivo variant and the 8GB+256GB OPPO variant are the closest storage match, but they are not identical in RAM. Any price comparison has to start from the same configuration.
Price difference: why no clean figure exists yet
The two price points come from different dates, different configurations and different sellers, so subtracting one from the other would produce a number that means nothing for a buyer deciding today.

OPPO’s launch announcement also described a sale-day bank discount or exchange bonus of INR 1,000. That was a launch offer and does not apply today. The vivo figure is a single store display, not an average market price and not a permanent one.

How to check the live price before comparing
- Open the official OPPO India and vivo India sites, and note the price, storage variant and date for each model.
- Match the RAM and storage. If the OPPO listing is 8GB+256GB, compare it with a vivo 6GB+256GB only as the nearest available option, and say so.
- Check each seller’s listing for the same date. Note whether a bank offer, exchange bonus or stock limit is applied at checkout, because those change the effective price.
- Record the date and seller next to each price before publishing or deciding, since store prices change without notice.
What the specifications cannot tell you
- Real-world battery life for either phone. Both manufacturers’ figures come from their own tests under stated conditions.
- Gaming performance, thermal behaviour or sustained speed. The chip names do not settle these.
- Camera quality. Megapixel counts and sensor lists do not measure detail, low-light performance or colour.
- Software support length. Operating system details on OPPO’s page are marked as reference information and may change.
- Build quality and durability beyond the stated panel types.
OPPO’s specification page notes that product details can vary by configuration and manufacturing batch, so check the exact model and variant before relying on any figure.

Which phone fits which buyer
- Screen quality and fast charging come first: the OPPO K13 5G has the higher listed resolution, an AMOLED panel and 80W charging.
- A slightly larger listed screen matters more: the vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G has a 6.74-inch display, a fraction larger than the OPPO’s.
- Typical battery capacity is the main listed battery gap: the OPPO’s 7000mAh typical figure is higher than vivo’s 6500mAh typical figure, but neither figure proves endurance.
- Price decides the choice: compare the same storage and RAM on the same day, using live seller prices rather than launch figures.
Pick the OPPO K13 5G if the display panel and charging speed rank highest in your list. Pick the vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G only if its specific configuration is cheaper on the day you buy and a slightly larger LCD suits you.
