The realme P4R has the larger listed battery and higher maximum refresh rate; the OPPO K13 has an OLED screen with higher resolution and faster wired charging. There is no reliable fixed price difference in the available listings: OPPO’s ₹17,999 K13 price was its April 2025 launch price, while a third-party comparison page showed changing retailer prices of ₹22,999 for the K13 and ₹20,199 for the P4R when accessed. Compare live prices for matching storage and RAM before deciding.

How the displays differ
OPPO K13: higher resolution and OLED
The K13 pairs a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED/AMOLED panel with a listed 120Hz refresh rate. OLED is the key distinction if you prefer that panel type, while FHD+ gives it the higher stated resolution of these two phones.
realme P4R: faster refresh-rate ceiling, LCD panel
The P4R’s LCD supports up to 144Hz, but realme says that rate applies only in supported scenarios. A higher ceiling does not mean every app or video will run at 144Hz. Both manufacturers claim brightness up to 1200 nits, but those peak or global claims are not a substitute for a matched independent measurement of everyday visibility.

Battery capacity versus charging speed
The P4R lists an 8000mAh battery, compared with 7000mAh for the K13. That gives realme the larger nominal capacity on paper, but capacity alone cannot establish which phone lasts longer in typical use: screen settings, network conditions, software and workload all affect runtime.
The charging trade-off runs the other way. OPPO specifies 80W SUPERVOOC for the K13, while realme lists 45W charging for the P4R. Wattage is not a guaranteed charging time; actual results depend on factors such as charger, temperature and usage while charging. The listed figures do not establish a controlled head-to-head runtime or charging-time result.
Chipsets and performance claims
The K13 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 4; the P4R uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300, specified as a 6nm chip. These are different platforms, and their names alone are not a dependable prediction of which phone will feel faster for your particular apps, games or multitasking.

OPPO advertised a 790,000+ AnTuTu score for the K13 in its 2025 launch material. Realme Lab lists 631,720 for the P4R and warns that actual data may vary with testing environment and calculation method. Because these are manufacturer-attributed figures without harmonized test conditions, they should not be treated as a direct benchmark comparison.

Cameras, software and durability
Camera specifications
OPPO’s launch material lists a 50MP main rear camera and a 16MP front camera. The 91mobiles comparison lists a 50MP primary and 8MP front camera for the P4R; the accessed official realme page did not expose every camera detail. Megapixel counts do not establish image quality, and the available information does not provide controlled sample comparisons.
Software and updates
OPPO launched the K13 with ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 and stated a commitment of two years of OS updates and three years of security updates. The accessed realme product page lists the P4R with realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16. Those software descriptions and OPPO’s update promise are not directly comparable without a matching start date and support scope.
Resistance ratings
Both official product pages show IP65. This is a specific dust- and water-resistance rating, not a claim that either phone is waterproof or immune to damage. Realme additionally advertises MIL-STD-810H shock resistance; treat that as a manufacturer claim, not a guarantee against drops or other damage.

OPPO announced the K13 in India on 21 April 2025 at ₹17,999 for 8GB/128GB and ₹19,999 for 8GB/256GB, with sales starting 25 April. These are historical launch prices, not current quotes. Launch-day bank discounts or exchange bonuses mentioned at the time should not be assumed to apply now.

At the time 91mobiles was accessed, its comparison page showed ₹22,999 at Flipkart for the K13 and ₹20,199 at Amazon for the P4R. Those retailer-specific listings may change, reflect different configurations or depend on offers. They do not establish an enduring price difference, especially without confirming equivalent RAM and storage, seller, warranty and offer terms. The accessed official realme page did not state a P4R price.
For a fair comparison, check the current product pages for both phones on the same day and match RAM and storage. Confirm the seller, warranty and conditions attached to any bank offer, coupon or exchange value; compare the amount you would actually pay rather than a crossed-out or conditional price.
Which phone should you choose?
Choose the realme P4R if
- You prioritize the larger listed battery capacity.
- You want a screen with a 144Hz maximum refresh rate and your apps support that mode.
- Its advertised shock-resistance claim is important to you, while recognizing it is not a damage-proof guarantee.
Choose the OPPO K13 if
- You prefer an OLED panel and the higher stated FHD+ resolution.
- You value the higher listed wired charging wattage.
- You specifically want the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 platform.
Neither phone is a universal winner on specifications alone. Decide which trade-offs matter most, then compare current prices for equivalent configurations; no controlled camera, battery or performance test in the available information establishes an overall winner.
