The vivo T5 5G offers the larger, sharper display and a more versatile listed rear-camera setup, while the OPPO F33 5G lists faster 80W charging and a lighter body. Both have batteries around 7,000mAh. For price, OPPO’s official India launch price for the 6GB/128GB F33 was ₹31,999; vivo’s India store showed ₹34,999 for the 6GB/128GB T5 when checked. Those are different kinds of price snapshots, not a verified current market comparison.

The figures below are manufacturer-listed specifications for the India market. They describe hardware, not measured performance or image quality.

How the displays and design differ
The T5’s 6.83-inch, 2800 × 1260 panel is both larger and higher-resolution on paper than the F33’s 6.57-inch FHD+ display. That gives the vivo the edge if screen area and pixel count are priorities. The OPPO’s smaller panel may suit someone who prefers a more compact phone, and its listed adaptive refresh rates are 60, 90 and 120Hz. A larger or higher-resolution specification alone does not establish which screen looks better in everyday use.

OPPO lists the F33 at about 189g and vivo lists the T5 at 199g. The F33 is therefore the lighter listed phone; actual comfort also depends on dimensions, balance and how you hold a device.
Camera hardware: OIS and ultrawide versus monochrome
The T5 lists a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8MP ultrawide camera. The F33 lists a 50MP main camera and a 2MP monochrome rear camera. The vivo’s listed rear setup offers an ultrawide option and OIS; those features do not by themselves prove better photos or video.

For selfies, vivo lists a 32MP front camera and OPPO lists a 16MP front camera. Resolution is only one factor in image quality, so these figures are not a substitute for comparable camera tests.

Battery capacity and charging speed
The listed capacities are close: OPPO specifies 7,000mAh typical and 6,830mAh rated for the F33, while vivo lists 7,050mAh for the T5. Capacity figures do not establish which phone lasts longer; screen use, software, signal conditions and other factors affect endurance.

The F33 supports up to 80W SUPERVOOC charging, compared with 44W FlashCharge listed for the T5. This gives OPPO the higher maximum charging-wattage specification, but neither figure establishes a real-world charging time. Charging results can vary with conditions and compatible equipment.
India prices: launch prices versus a store listing
OPPO announced these F33 5G India launch prices on 15 April 2026. The vivo India E-Store listing reviewed in 2026 displayed ₹34,999 for the selected 6GB/128GB T5 configuration and an MRP of ₹49,999. The vivo figure is a store-page snapshot, not a market-wide price guarantee.

The two 6GB/128GB figures differ by ₹3,000, but that arithmetic compares an OPPO launch price with a vivo store-page listing. It does not establish a current like-for-like price gap. To compare what you would pay now, check both 6GB/128GB variants on the same day and through equivalent seller types. Treat bank discounts, exchange value and other conditional offers separately from the displayed base price.

- Choose the vivo T5 5G if you want the larger, higher-resolution listed display, an OIS-equipped main camera plus an ultrawide rear camera, or a 32MP listed selfie camera.
- Choose the OPPO F33 5G if you prefer the lighter listed body, want the higher maximum charging-wattage specification, or find it at a better current price for the same RAM and storage.
- Compare before deciding if battery life or durability is your priority. The listed battery capacities are similar, and protection ratings are not directly equivalent just because both phones list water- and dust-resistance standards.
These are specification-based trade-offs, not a tested overall winner. The cited manufacturer and store pages do not establish comparative real-world speed, battery endurance, charging time or camera quality.

Protection claims need careful comparison
OPPO lists IP69K, IP68 and IP66 for the F33; vivo lists IP68 and IP69 along with military-grade durability for the T5. Those labels should not be treated as equivalent protection guarantees without matching the test standards and conditions. Check each manufacturer’s terms for the exact limits and exclusions before exposing a phone to water, dust or impacts.
