Which phone has the better display?
Motorola has the larger panel on the published specifications: 6.8 inches, 2772 × 1272 resolution and refresh rates up to 144Hz. Its support page also lists 5,200 nits peak brightness. That is a manufacturer specification for peak conditions, not a promise that the screen sustains that brightness in ordinary use.
OPPO lists a flat 6.57-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate; its launch table rounds the screen size to 6.5 inches. If you prioritize a larger display, sharper stated resolution and a higher maximum refresh rate, Motorola leads on paper. Panel specifications alone do not establish color accuracy, outdoor readability or the quality of motion in real use.

How do the cameras differ?
Both phones list a 50MP optically stabilized main camera and a 32MP selfie camera. Their secondary rear cameras are different: OPPO lists a 2MP monochrome camera, while Motorola lists a 13MP camera with a 120° ultrawide field of view and macro vision. Motorola therefore offers more stated framing flexibility for wide scenes and close-up use. Megapixel counts and camera layouts do not establish which phone takes better photos; no comparable independent camera test is established here.

Each manufacturer lists a 7,000mAh battery. OPPO specifies 80W SUPERVOOC charging, compared with Motorola’s 68W TurboPower. The rated wattages make OPPO the higher-spec option for charging power, but they do not establish actual charging times, battery endurance or performance under a particular charger and usage pattern.

OPPO also says its battery is designed to retain 80% capacity after 1,800 cycles, which it equates to five years of daily use. This is OPPO’s claim, not an independently validated longevity result. OPPO’s launch material additionally advertises a 4,363 mm² vapor chamber and a 300% signal-strength improvement from its NetworkBoost system; those are manufacturer claims, not independent findings or general guarantees of cooler operation or stronger reception.
Software, durability and other specification caveats
OPPO announced ColorOS 15 with the F31 Pro, while Motorola’s India support page lists Android 16 for the Edge 70 Fusion. Software versions can change with updates, and these entries do not establish either phone’s current installed version or future update support. Check the handset’s current software and the manufacturer’s update policy before buying.

Motorola’s page lists IP68/IP69 and MIL-STD 810H ratings. These are published ratings, not a guarantee against damage in every exposure or incident. Its support page also says certain specifications may vary by market, so check the exact India model and seller SKU. The cited OPPO launch announcement advertises the vapor chamber and network feature noted above; those claims should not be treated as independently measured comparative results.
Which phone should you choose?
- Choose Motorola based on the listed specifications if you value a larger, higher-resolution 144Hz display or want an ultrawide rear camera. Its listed 5,200-nit peak brightness is a peak specification rather than a normal-use guarantee.
- Choose OPPO based on the listed specifications if its 80W charging rating matters more to you than Motorola’s 68W, or if the exact F31 Pro storage variant is the better live deal for your needs.
- Do not decide from the ₹1,000 snapshot alone. Compare the same storage tier, final checkout price, seller and warranty terms; the displayed prices are from different retailers and may refer to different configurations.
For either model, the published specifications are not a substitute for same-method performance, camera or battery tests. The chipset names alone do not establish which phone is faster, and the stated battery capacity does not establish which lasts longer in your use.
