The OnePlus Nord 6 has the stronger listed display, front camera, battery capacity and stated software-update commitment. The Nord CE 5 5G may be the better value if you can confirm it is in stock locally at a substantially lower price. There is no reliable single price difference to quote: the available prices refer to different countries, dates and price types.

The processor listings also do not substitute for comparable benchmark or real-world performance testing.

How the Nord CE 5 and Nord 6 prices compare
The available figures cannot be directly subtracted to produce a like-for-like price difference:

Both figures come from the same comparison-page snapshot accessed in 2026; the listing is not a guarantee of current price or availability. See the 91mobiles comparison.
- India launch prices: Android Central reported the Nord 6 at ₹38,999 for 8GB/256GB and ₹41,999 for 12GB/256GB. These are reported launch prices, not the Amazon snapshot price. Read Android Central’s Nord 6 review.
- UK list prices: TechRadar reported the Nord CE 5 at £299 for 128GB and £349 for 256GB. These UK list prices are not comparable to the India prices above. Read TechRadar’s Nord CE 5 review.
Before comparing offers, check the country, seller, date, stock status and exact RAM/storage version. An apparent gap between unlike listings is not a meaningful measure of what you would pay for equivalent phones today.

What the specification differences mean
Display: Nord 6 has the higher listed resolution and refresh rate
The CE 5’s 2392 × 1080, 120Hz AMOLED is a high-refresh-rate display on paper. The Nord 6 is listed with a 2772 × 1272 1.5K AMOLED and a 165Hz refresh rate. Those numbers favor the Nord 6 for resolution and maximum refresh rate, but do not establish how the panels compare in brightness, color accuracy or other measured aspects of image quality.
Performance: different processors, no comparable test result
The listed chips are MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex for the CE 5 and Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 for the Nord 6. The cited comparison identifies the processors but provides no independent benchmark or matched performance test, so it does not support a quantified speed advantage.
Cameras: same listed rear-camera megapixels, higher-resolution Nord 6 selfie camera
Both phones are listed with 50MP main and 8MP ultrawide rear cameras. The Nord 6’s front camera is listed at 32MP versus 16MP for the CE 5. That is a difference in stated resolution, not proof that one phone takes better photos; the specifications here do not establish image quality across real shooting conditions.

Battery and charging: capacity favors Nord 6 on paper
TechRadar lists a 5,200mAh battery and 80W charging for the CE 5. OnePlus lists a 9,000mAh silicon-carbon battery and 80W charging for the Nord 6. The capacity figures indicate a larger rated battery in the Nord 6, but capacity alone cannot predict how long either phone lasts in a person’s use. OnePlus publishes its own laboratory battery and usage figures with test conditions and a warning that actual use varies; those are company test claims, not independent market measurements. See OnePlus India’s Nord 6 product information and OnePlus India’s Nord 6 specifications and test disclosures.
Software support: Nord 6 has a stated commitment
OnePlus promises four Android OS updates and six years of security updates for the Nord 6. The cited sources do not establish a directly comparable Nord CE 5 support commitment, so that absence should not be read as proof that the CE 5 receives no updates.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Which phone should you choose?
Choose the Nord 6 if
- You prioritize the higher listed screen resolution and 165Hz maximum refresh rate.
- You want the higher-resolution front camera or larger rated battery capacity.
- The stated four Android OS updates and six years of security updates matter to your decision.
Consider the Nord CE 5 if
- You find a current, in-stock local offer that is substantially cheaper than the Nord 6.
- Its 120Hz FHD+ display and 16MP front camera meet your needs.
- You can verify the exact storage/RAM version and seller rather than relying on an old or unavailable listing.
The choice is therefore conditional rather than a universal win for one model: the Nord 6 has more compelling listed specifications in several areas, while the CE 5’s value depends on its actual local price and availability.
