What features does the Nord Buds 3r offer?
OnePlus lists the following specifications and features for the Nord Buds 3r. These are manufacturer claims, not independent test results.
- Audio: 12.4 mm drivers with a titanium-coated diaphragm, Sound Master EQ with three presets and a six-band equalizer, and OnePlus 3D Audio on compatible devices.
- Connectivity: Bluetooth 5.4, dual-device connection, and Google Fast Pair.
- Calls and gaming: 2-mic AI call noise cancellation and a claimed 47 ms gaming-mode latency.
- Battery: Up to 54 hours with the charging case and up to 12 hours per earbud charge, according to OnePlus tests at 50% volume in AAC mode. OnePlus also claims up to eight hours of playback after a 10-minute charge when used with the case. Actual playback varies with use and conditions.
- Durability: OnePlus rates the earbuds IP55 for water and dust resistance; the charging case is not included in that rating. OnePlus cautions that resistance can diminish over time and that liquid or dust damage is not covered by warranty.
OnePlus says the earbuds’ battery—not the case battery—retains at least 80% capacity after 1,000 charging cycles under its specified test conditions. The manufacturer notes that specifications and claims may change.
