What the display and battery figures mean
Nord 6: more screen area and a higher listed refresh rate
The Nord 6’s listed 6.78-inch display is larger than the POCO’s 6.59-inch panel, and its listed 165Hz refresh rate is higher than the POCO’s 120Hz. Those figures may matter if you want a larger viewing area or prioritize a high refresh-rate specification. They do not establish a difference in image quality, brightness, or how consistently either phone sustains its maximum refresh rate.
Battery capacity is not a side-by-side endurance test
The Nord 6’s listed 9,000mAh capacity is substantially larger than POCO’s stated 6,500mAh typical capacity. Capacity alone does not determine how long a phone lasts; display settings, software, signal strength, and workload also affect endurance. Android Central reviewer Harish Jonnalagadda reported that the Nord 6 lasted two days even with heavy use in his review. That is his review experience, not a controlled comparison against the POCO X8 Pro.

Charging, performance, and cameras
POCO lists the faster charging specification
The POCO X8 Pro is specified for 100W HyperCharge, compared with the Nord 6’s listed 80W charging. The wattage figures describe the stated charging specifications; they do not establish which phone charges faster throughout a full charging cycle. POCO says the X8 Pro supports 100W PPS and advises buyers to check with the local seller whether a power adapter is included. A compatible charger is necessary to reach the advertised maximum; a generic USB-C charger is not guaranteed to do so.
Chipset names and clock speeds do not prove a speed winner
The Nord 6 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, while the POCO uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 8500-Ultra. The 91mobiles listing gives peak CPU clocks of up to 3.21GHz for the Nord and 3.4GHz for the POCO. Peak clock speed alone cannot show which phone performs better in games, sustained workloads, or everyday use; the available figures do not establish a controlled performance comparison.
Rank #3
- 6.78 inches, AMOLED, 1B colors, 1272 x 2772 pixels
- 256GB Storage, 8GB RAM
- Android 16, Qualcomm SM7635-AC Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 (4 nm), Octa-core (1x2.7 GHz Cortex-A720 & 3x2.4 GHz Cortex-A720 & 4x1.8 GHz Cortex-A520)
- Rear: 50 MP, f/1.8, 27mm (wide), 1/2.88", 0.61µm, PDAF, OIS, Auxiliary lens, Front: 32 MP, f/2.0, 21mm (wide), 1/3.1", 0.7µm
Rear camera counts are similar, but image quality is unresolved
Both phones are listed with a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultrawide. POCO identifies the X8 Pro’s main sensor as a Sony IMX882 and specifies optical image stabilization. The Nord’s listed 32MP front camera has a higher resolution number than the POCO’s 20MP front camera, but megapixels do not determine photo quality. These specifications do not support naming a camera winner without comparable image testing.

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the Nord 6 if you want the larger display, the higher listed refresh rate, or the larger stated battery capacity.
- Consider the POCO X8 Pro if the lower price on the cited comparison page, 100W charging specification, or its officially stated IP68 rating better matches your priorities.
- Compare exact configurations before paying if RAM and storage affect your decision. The price listings may not represent matching variants, and offer prices can change.
- Do not decide on cameras or real-world speed from specifications alone. The supplied figures do not establish a head-to-head winner in those areas.
