The OnePlus Nord 6 has the more advanced listed display, processor and larger battery capacity; the OPPO F33 Pro stands out for its 50MP autofocus selfie camera with a 100-degree field of view. At launch in India, the Nord 6 started at ₹38,999 for 8GB/256GB, while the F33 Pro started at ₹37,999 for 8GB/128GB—so the ₹1,000 difference is between unlike storage configurations, not a matched-price comparison. These are launch prices, not verified October 2026 retail prices.

- Entry configurations: the Nord 6’s reported 8GB/256GB launch price was ₹1,000 higher than OPPO’s 8GB/128GB entry configuration. The Nord includes twice the listed storage, so this is not a like-for-like comparison.
- 256GB options: OPPO’s 8GB/256GB launch price was ₹40,999, while the Nord 6’s reported 8GB/256GB launch price was ₹38,999—a ₹2,000 lower launch price for the Nord configuration, based on the cited figures.
- Higher-RAM Nord option: the Nord 6 12GB/256GB was reported at ₹41,999, ₹1,000 above OPPO’s 8GB/256GB launch configuration; the RAM differs.
OPPO also described launch-period offers, which could change the effective price at that time. Neither those offers nor the launch prices establish current stock, discounts or retail prices in October 2026. Check live listings for the exact RAM and storage configuration before buying. OnePlus’s product page references its 7 April 2026 launch but does not show the original price in the material cited here.
Display and performance: Nord 6 has the stronger listed hardware
On paper, the Nord 6 combines the higher-resolution 1.5K panel and 165Hz refresh rate with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. The F33 Pro’s listed display is FHD+ at up to 120Hz and its processor is the Dimensity 6360 MAX. Those specifications make the Nord the more compelling starting point for someone prioritizing a sharper, faster-refreshing screen or a higher-tier listed platform.

A higher refresh rate does not guarantee that every app or game will run at that rate, and chipset names alone do not establish sustained gaming performance, heat or frame rates. No independent head-to-head benchmark is established here; consult testing of the exact models if real-world gaming performance is decisive.

Cameras: OPPO emphasizes wide selfies; OnePlus lists a rear ultrawide
Front cameras
The F33 Pro lists a 50MP autofocus front camera with a 100-degree field of view, compared with the Nord 6’s 32MP front sensor and 90-degree field of view. That makes OPPO’s selfie-camera specification the standout option for people who want a wider stated field of view for group selfies. Megapixel count and field of view alone do not prove that it takes better photos.

- 6.78 inches, AMOLED, 1B colors, 1272 x 2772 pixels
- 256GB Storage, 8GB RAM
- Android 16, Qualcomm SM7635-AC Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 (4 nm), Octa-core (1x2.7 GHz Cortex-A720 & 3x2.4 GHz Cortex-A720 & 4x1.8 GHz Cortex-A520)

Rear cameras and video
Both phones list a 50MP main rear camera, but OnePlus specifies dual-axis optical image stabilization and adds an 8MP, 112-degree ultrawide. OPPO lists a 2MP monochrome/portrait sensor alongside its main camera; its cited rear-camera specifications do not list an ultrawide. Their published video limits also differ: OnePlus lists 4K capture for the main and front cameras, while OPPO lists rear video up to 1080p at 60fps and front video at 1080p 30fps. These are manufacturer-listed capabilities, not comparative image-quality results.
Battery and charging: capacity is not a runtime test
OnePlus lists a 9,000mAh battery and 80W charging for the Nord 6. OPPO lists 7,000mAh typical capacity (6,830mAh rated) and up to 80W SUPERVOOC for the F33 Pro. The Nord has the larger stated capacity, but that figure alone cannot predict how many extra hours it will last: runtime also depends on display use, network conditions, software and workload. OnePlus’s 2.5+ day figure is its own claim under its testing context, not an independently verified result or a direct comparison with OPPO.

Durability and software support
Water and dust ratings
OnePlus advertises IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings; OPPO lists IP69K, IP68 and IP66. These ratings refer to specified test conditions, not immunity to every kind of liquid exposure or damage. OnePlus says water resistance can diminish over time and describes normal-use limitations. Review the OnePlus product page and OPPO product page for each maker’s qualifications and test details. OPPO’s “India’s Durable Champion” phrasing in its 15 April 2026 announcement is a statement by its Head of Communications, not an independent durability finding.

OnePlus states that the Nord 6 will receive four Android OS updates and six years of security updates. OPPO’s cited pages identify ColorOS 16 as Android-based, but do not establish a comparable support duration. That means buyers can compare the stated OnePlus commitment with the information available from OPPO here, not conclude that OPPO has no support policy.
Which phone should you choose?
- Consider the OnePlus Nord 6 if its listed 165Hz 1.5K display, Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, 9,000mAh stated battery capacity, rear ultrawide camera or published update commitment best fit your priorities.
- Consider the OPPO F33 Pro if a 50MP autofocus front camera with a 100-degree field of view is more important to you, or if its 8GB/128GB launch configuration suits your budget and storage needs.
- Before deciding on price or camera quality, compare current listings for the same RAM and storage and consult independent reviews of real-world photography, battery endurance and performance. Launch pricing and manufacturer specifications cannot settle those questions.
OPPO said the F33 Pro would be sold through offline stores, OPPO E-Store, Flipkart and Amazon from 23 April 2026. That was its stated launch availability, not confirmation of current stock.
