The OnePlus Nord 4 and Motorola Edge 70 Fusion are close in listed India pricing, but their specifications need a regional caveat: Motorola’s global Edge 70 Fusion is not the same configuration described by India comparison listings. For Indian buyers, the Nord 4’s official specifications confirm 100W charging, while comparison listings give the Fusion a larger 7,000mAh battery and a 144Hz display. Confirm the Fusion’s exact India variant and current seller price before buying; its processor and battery figures are not consistent across regional sources.

OnePlus Nord 4 vs Motorola Edge 70 Fusion: India specifications

This comparison uses OnePlus India’s published Nord 4 specifications and India-market claims for the Edge 70 Fusion from comparison listings. Motorola’s global product page describes a different Fusion configuration, so its figures are not interchangeable with the India listings.

Price difference in India

There is no single reliable price gap without matching storage, seller and price type. OnePlus India lists the Nord 4’s tax-inclusive MRPs as ₹29,999 for 8GB/128GB, ₹32,999 for 8GB/256GB and ₹35,999 for 12GB/256GB. These are MRPs, not guaranteed checkout prices.

Motorola India’s listing displayed ₹30,999 among its configuration options when accessed; two comparison-page snapshots showed ₹29,590 and ₹29,999. Those are distinct listing snapshots, not a like-for-like confirmed offer for a specified storage tier. Check the live listing and seller details for both phones before comparing totals.

Performance: what the listed chipsets do and do not tell you

OnePlus specifies the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 for the India Nord 4. India comparison listings identify the Edge 70 Fusion as using Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, whereas Motorola’s global page says Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. Treat the latter as a regional model difference, not a correction to the India listing.

The available evidence does not establish a controlled head-to-head performance result for these exact India variants. Do not treat comparison-site benchmark scores as equivalent to independent testing under a shared method. If gaming or sustained workloads matter, verify the chipset on the exact India unit listing and consult tests that identify the tested regional model.

Display: smoother refresh or confirmed resolution?

OnePlus lists a 6.74-inch AMOLED panel at 2772 × 1240 and up to 120Hz. India comparison material describes the Fusion as having a 6.8- or 6.78-inch 1.5K-class screen with up to 144Hz, but exact India panel detail was not established in the cited manufacturer documentation. The Fusion’s listed refresh-rate ceiling is higher; that number alone does not establish brightness, color accuracy or overall display quality.

Battery and charging: capacity versus charging rate

For the India Nord 4, OnePlus lists a 5,500mAh battery and 100W SUPERVOOC charging. India comparison listings give the Edge 70 Fusion a 7,000mAh battery and 68W charging. In that comparison, the Fusion has the larger stated capacity and the Nord 4 the higher stated charging rate. Neither figure proves real-world endurance or charging time, which can vary with use and conditions.

Keep the region distinction in mind: Motorola’s global product page lists the Fusion at 5,200mAh and 68W. Do not use the global battery figure as the India listing’s capacity, or vice versa.

Cameras: compare results, not just megapixels

Comparison listings give the Nord 4 a 50MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide and 16MP front camera; the India Fusion listing gives it a 50MP main, 13MP ultrawide and 32MP front camera. Those resolutions do not establish which phone takes better photos, especially in low light or with moving subjects.

Motorola’s global product page describes its Fusion’s 50MP Sony LYTIA main sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and 4K video. Motorola also calls its color and skin-tone treatment “Pantone™ Validated”; that is the manufacturer’s wording, not an independent camera assessment. The cited India listings do not establish that every global camera detail applies to the Indian variant.

Software, durability and warranty checks

OnePlus India’s specification page lists OxygenOS 14.1 based on Android 14. That is a published specification, not proof of the software version installed today or a statement of current update support. The cited sources do not establish a comparable update-support period for both phones, so verify each brand’s current India support terms before deciding.

The cited material also does not establish a directly comparable durability rating or seller warranty for the exact variants. Before checkout, check the product page and invoice terms for the India model, warranty provider, included coverage and return conditions rather than assuming global specifications or another seller’s listing applies.

Which should you buy in India?

Choose the OnePlus Nord 4 if

  • You want the specifications OnePlus India explicitly lists, including Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, 5,500mAh battery and 100W SUPERVOOC charging.
  • You need a clearly published storage choice: 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB or 12GB/256GB.
  • You prefer to compare against a manufacturer-published MRP for each listed Nord 4 configuration.

Consider the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion if

  • The exact India variant you are buying confirms the larger 7,000mAh battery and 144Hz display described by India comparison listings.
  • You value those listed battery-capacity and refresh-rate figures more than the Nord 4’s higher listed charging rate.
  • The live price for the same storage tier, plus seller warranty and availability, makes it the better-value option for you.

For either phone, match RAM and storage before comparing prices, and confirm the regional model on the seller’s listing. The Edge 70 Fusion’s India processor and battery claims come from comparison listings; the exact India manufacturer specification sheet was not established in the cited sources.

Sources and regional context

Motorola’s global Edge 70 Fusion page gives global-model specifications and says that model launched on March 2, 2026; its launch prices were £379.99 and AU$499, and it was not available in the US at the time of the cited review. Those are not India prices and do not describe the India listing configuration. See TechRadar’s global review for that context.
