The OnePlus 13s and vivo X300 FE are nearly identical in display size, but they make different on-paper trade-offs. OnePlus lists a Snapdragon 8 Elite and a 5,850 mAh battery; vivo lists a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, a larger 6,500 mAh typical battery and a more versatile three-camera rear system with 3× optical telephoto. Those specifications do not by themselves prove which phone is faster, lasts longer or takes better photos. The price difference also needs a fresh, like-for-like check: the available India listings conflict.

How different are their size and handling?

By diagonal measurement, the displays are effectively the same size: 6.32 inches on the OnePlus 13s and 6.31 inches on the X300 FE. Their listed heights and widths are similarly close, so neither has a meaningful paper advantage in footprint. The X300 FE is listed at 191 g, compared with 185 g for the OnePlus 13s—a 6 g difference. That is a modest specification gap, not enough on its own to predict which feels more comfortable in one hand.

Which processor is faster?

The OnePlus 13s uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite; vivo lists the X300 FE with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. The names identify different platforms, but do not establish a real-world speed winner. Comparable independent benchmark results, sustained-load testing, software versions and test conditions would be needed to rank performance—especially for long gaming sessions, where heat and power management matter as well as peak capability.

If gaming or intensive workloads are your priority, compare tests of the exact India models and current software before choosing. The published specifications alone support naming the chipsets, not claiming that one phone is faster or better for gaming.

Battery and charging: what the figures do—and do not—show

vivo lists a 6,500 mAh typical battery and a 6,350 mAh rated/minimum figure for the X300 FE. OnePlus lists 5,850 mAh for the 13s. The typical-capacity figures differ by 650 mAh, but capacity alone cannot tell you how many hours either phone will last; screen settings, network conditions, workload and power management all affect runtime.

For wired charging, OnePlus advertises 80W SUPERVOOC and vivo advertises 90W FlashCharge. vivo qualifies its maximum charging claim for use with the original adapter and cable, and says charging power varies with use. These wattage claims are not charging-time measurements. A fair comparison would require controlled tests using comparable starting battery levels, chargers and conditions.

Which phone has the more versatile camera system?

vivo publishes a three-camera rear setup: a 50MP ZEISS main camera using a Sony IMX921 sensor, a 50MP ZEISS telephoto using a Sony IMX882 sensor with OIS and 3× optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide with a 110-degree field of view. vivo also states up to 100× digital zoom. These are the manufacturer’s hardware and feature claims, not independent findings about photo quality.

The documented telephoto and ultra-wide modules give the X300 FE more published focal-length options than the OnePlus camera information available for this comparison establishes. That is a versatility advantage on paper, not proof that the vivo takes better pictures or video. For image quality, look for comparable samples or tests covering daylight, low light, portraits, video stabilisation and the cameras you actually use.

Optional telephoto extender

vivo lists a ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 compatible with the X300 FE. It is sold separately, weighs 153 g and is described as providing a 200 mm equivalent focal length. It is an add-on for buyers who specifically want more reach, not an included phone feature; factor its separate cost and added bulk into your decision. See vivo’s X300 FE product information.

What is the India price difference?

The available observations do not establish a reliable current price gap. On October 7, 2026, vivo’s official India store displayed ₹94,999 for the X300 FE 12GB+256GB configuration, against a displayed MRP of ₹119,999. That is a time-sensitive live listing, not a guaranteed enduring price. A 91mobiles comparison result showed ₹54,999 for the OnePlus 13s and ₹89,999 for the X300 FE, but its vivo figure conflicts with vivo’s official-store listing. The OnePlus figure is not independently verified here as a current official-store price.

Do not subtract those mismatched listings and treat the result as the phones’ definitive price difference. Before buying, check both phones on the same date and in the same market, matching RAM and storage, seller, warranty and applicable bank or exchange offers. Also distinguish MRP from the current selling price and conditional discounts. Sources: vivo Official E-Store India listing and 91mobiles comparison listing.

Which should you buy?

Choose the OnePlus 13s if

  • You prefer its listed Snapdragon 8 Elite platform and want to compare real-world performance tests before paying for a different chipset.
  • You want the lower listed battery capacity and 80W charging specification to be weighed against an actual matched-price deal rather than an assumed price gap.
  • You are satisfied with the camera system after checking current official specifications and independent samples; the available evidence here does not establish its full camera hardware.

Choose the vivo X300 FE if

  • You want the published three-camera arrangement, especially a dedicated 3× optical telephoto and an ultra-wide camera.
  • The larger stated battery capacity and 90W charging claim matter to you, while recognizing that neither specification proves longer runtime or faster charging in practice.
  • You may use the separately sold telephoto extender and accept its additional cost and 153 g of accessory weight.

Check these before deciding

  1. Compare same-day India prices for equivalent configurations, with seller, warranty and offer conditions matched.
  2. Check independent tests for sustained performance, battery runtime, charging time and camera results on the specific models.
  3. Confirm current software versions and update commitments from official support information; a comparative support policy is not established by the listed specifications here.
  4. If you are considering the X300 FE extender, verify its price and availability separately rather than treating it as part of the phone package.

The vivo parameter page lists a phone case, applied protective film and USB power adapter in the box. Retailer or regional bundles can differ, so confirm contents with the seller before purchase.
