The OnePlus 13s is the smaller, lighter choice; the vivo X200T offers a larger display, more rear-camera coverage, wireless charging and an explicit IP68/IP69 rating. A 2026 price snapshot showed the OnePlus listed ₹5,000 lower, but the offers came from different retailers, so check current prices and storage configurations before treating that as a like-for-like saving.

Which phone is easier to carry and use?

The OnePlus 13s is the more compact option on the published figures: its 6.32-inch screen and 185 g weight compare with the vivo X200T’s 6.67-inch display and 203–205 g weight, depending on color. Choose the OnePlus if a smaller, lighter handset is your priority. The vivo gives you more screen area for viewing, but is the larger and heavier phone.

How do the performance and software specifications compare?

OnePlus names the Snapdragon 8 Elite, while vivo lists the Dimensity 9400+. Both are flagship-class chips, but their names do not establish which phone is faster in everyday use, sustained gaming or heavy workloads. That requires comparable independent testing, including thermal behavior.

The comparison listing reports Android 15 and four years of OS updates for the OnePlus 13s. vivo’s official product page lists Android 16 with OriginOS 6, while 91mobiles reports five years of OS updates for the X200T. The update-duration figures are attributed to the comparison source; confirm current manufacturer policy for your region before buying.

Which has the stronger battery and charging setup?

vivo lists a 6200 mAh typical battery capacity, with 6060 mAh minimum, versus 5850 mAh for the OnePlus 13s. vivo also specifies 90 W wired and 40 W wireless FlashCharge; OnePlus specifies 80 W SUPERVOOC wired charging. The X200T therefore has the higher stated capacity, higher wired wattage and wireless charging option. These figures do not predict battery life or charge time without matched testing and consistent conditions.

How do the camera systems differ?

The OnePlus 13s lists a 50 MP main camera and a 50 MP telephoto camera with 2× optical zoom. vivo describes three 50 MP ZEISS rear cameras: main, super-telephoto and ultra-wide. On the stated hardware, the X200T covers more camera roles, while the OnePlus lists a 2× optical telephoto. Camera count and megapixels do not establish which phone takes better photos; comparable image and video tests are not available here.

What was the price difference?

A 91mobiles comparison snapshot retrieved in 2026 listed the OnePlus 13s at ₹54,999 on Amazon and the vivo X200T at ₹59,999 on Flipkart—a ₹5,000 difference between those displayed offers. This was not a same-retailer comparison, and the storage tiers and offer conditions were not established as equivalent. Prices, stock, bank discounts and exchange offers can change; compare the same storage configuration and final checkout price before deciding.

Which phone should you choose?

Choose the OnePlus 13s if

  • You want the smaller screen and lower stated weight.
  • You prefer a 2× optical telephoto configuration.
  • The current price for the storage tier you need is lower after checking retailer and offer terms.

Choose the vivo X200T if

  • You want the larger 6.67-inch display.
  • Wireless charging or a higher stated battery capacity matters to you.
  • You want an ultra-wide alongside main and super-telephoto rear cameras, or an explicit IP68/IP69 rating.

Neither specification sheet establishes real-world battery endurance, camera quality, long-term reliability or sustained performance. Those priorities call for comparable independent tests rather than a decision based on headline specifications alone.
