For buyers in India, the OnePlus 13s is the better fit if a compact body and the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset matter most. The OnePlus Nord 6 is the better fit if you want a much larger rated battery (9,000 mAh against 5,850 mAh) and a lower entry price. Neither phone is a clear overall winner on paper. The two are not sold in matching RAM and storage tiers, and no controlled head-to-head test of camera quality, real-world battery runtime or sustained performance is established for this pair. The prices below are OnePlus India list prices before exchange offers, as shown on OnePlus India’s 2026 listings.

What each phone costs in India

OnePlus India lists the Nord 6 at ₹42,999 for 8GB RAM with 256GB storage and at ₹47,999 for 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. Its 13s listings and upgrade terms show ₹54,999 for 12GB with 256GB and ₹59,999 for 12GB with 512GB.

Model RAM / storage OnePlus India list price (before exchange)
OnePlus Nord 6 8GB / 256GB ₹42,999
OnePlus Nord 6 12GB / 256GB ₹47,999
OnePlus 13s 12GB / 256GB ₹54,999
OnePlus 13s 12GB / 512GB ₹59,999

The cheapest listed versions differ by ₹12,000 (₹54,999 minus ₹42,999), but that comparison mixes tiers: the Nord 6 has 8GB of RAM and the 13s has 12GB. For a like-for-like comparison at 12GB and 256GB, the gap is ₹7,000 (₹54,999 against ₹47,999), based on OnePlus India list prices.

Marketplace prices

A third-party comparison page showed Amazon-listed prices of ₹46,999 for the Nord 6 and ₹54,999 for the 13s at the time the page was crawled. The page does not give a date, and these are marketplace snapshots rather than official prices. Before buying, confirm the seller, the exact configuration and the live price on the Amazon India listing.

The 13s figures come from its OnePlus India product page. The Nord 6 processor and battery figures come from OnePlus India launch and product material from 2026. Where a row says not stated, the material used for this comparison does not give a value, so no charging-speed or dimension comparison is made.

Compact size against a larger body

The 13s is the only one of the two that OnePlus markets on size. Its 6.32-inch display and 185 g weight make it the easier phone to hold and use one-handed. The Nord 6 is the larger device, but its exact dimensions are not stated in the material reviewed, so the difference should be checked in a store or against the official spec sheet before you decide. If pocketability is a priority, handle both models first.

Processor class: what the chipset gap means

Snapdragon 8 Elite is the higher-tier platform in this pair, and the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 sits below it. That gap is the main reason to choose the 13s for demanding gaming or heavy multitasking. How much faster the 13s feels in daily use has not been measured in a controlled comparison, so treat chipset tier as a reason to expect more headroom, not as a benchmark result.

Battery: rated capacity is not runtime

Capacity difference

The Nord 6’s rated 9,000 mAh battery is about 54 percent larger than the 13s’s rated 5,850 mAh. That is the clearest spec advantage for the Nord 6. Capacity is only one input to runtime. Chip efficiency, display power draw, software and usage habits all change how long a battery lasts, and none of those are measured side by side here.

Manufacturer claims to label carefully

OnePlus’s launch page for the 13s describes it as having “the best battery life ever on a compact phone.” That is a manufacturer marketing claim, not an independent test. OnePlus also says some Nord 6 performance figures come from its own lab testing under stated conditions. Read those as manufacturer claims, and do not compare them with independent measurements.

Charging

OnePlus advertises 80W SUPERVOOC charging for the 13s. The Nord 6’s charging figure is not stated in the OnePlus India material reviewed, so no charging-speed comparison is made.

Camera and sustained performance

No independent, controlled comparison of camera output, real-world battery runtime or sustained performance is available for this pair as of this writing. Comparison-site numbers are not controlled tests, and this article does not treat them as such. If camera quality is a deciding factor, compare sample photos taken under the same conditions from reviewers who publish their methods.

Which phone fits which buyer

Choose the OnePlus 13s if

  • A compact, lightweight body (6.32-inch display, 185 g) matters more than battery size.
  • You want the higher-tier Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset for heavy gaming or demanding apps.
  • You are willing to pay ₹7,000 more than the Nord 6 at matched 12GB/256GB list prices.

Choose the OnePlus Nord 6 if

  • You want the much larger rated battery, 9,000 mAh.
  • A lower entry price matters, and 8GB of RAM is enough for your use.
  • A larger screen or body is acceptable to you.

Checks before you buy

  1. Choose the same RAM and storage on both phones before comparing prices.
  2. Open the live OnePlus India product page and note any offer end date.
  3. If buying from Amazon India, confirm the seller, configuration and price on the listing itself.
  4. Check the exchange value and OnePlus Care plan terms if you plan to use either.
  5. Hold both phones if size matters to you, since the Nord 6’s dimensions are not stated in the material used here.
