Choose the OnePlus 13 if you want the larger, sharper display and a lower official listed MRP for the matched 12GB+256GB configuration; choose the vivo X200T if its 70mm-equivalent periscope camera, larger stated battery capacity, or IP68/IP69 rating matter more. As listed on the manufacturers’ India pages checked on October 7, 2026, the OnePlus 13 is ₹69,999 and the vivo X200T is ₹79,999 for 12GB+256GB. That is a ₹10,000 difference in listed MRP, not a verified comparison of current sale prices. The vivo store listing showed the selected configuration as unavailable when checked.

OnePlus lists two higher-capacity India configurations as well: 16GB+512GB at ₹76,999 and 24GB+1TB at ₹89,999 on its official specification page. The vivo store listing reviewed here showed 12GB+256GB at ₹79,999; it is not a like-for-like price comparison with those larger OnePlus configurations.
Which phone has the better display?
On listed size and resolution, the OnePlus 13 has the advantage: its 6.82-inch panel is larger and its 3168×1440 resolution is higher than the vivo X200T’s 6.67-inch, 2800×1260 display. OnePlus lists LTPO 4.1 and a dynamic 1–120Hz refresh rate; vivo lists a 120Hz AMOLED display.
Those specifications do not establish which screen looks better in everyday use. The available sources do not provide an independent, controlled comparison of brightness, color accuracy, reflections, or outdoor readability. If display dimensions and resolution are your priorities, the OnePlus is the clearer specification-based pick; do not treat that as a measured image-quality verdict.

OnePlus 13: specified 3× optical telephoto
The OnePlus 13 has three 50MP rear cameras: a main camera using Sony’s LYT-808 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 3× optical telephoto camera with OIS, and an ultrawide. This setup makes the stated 3× telephoto focal length a concrete point of comparison for portraits and distant subjects.
vivo X200T: periscope reach and telephoto macro
vivo lists a 50MP main camera with an IMX921 sensor and OIS, a 50MP 70mm-equivalent periscope telephoto, and a 50MP ultrawide. Its launch material advertises up to 100× ZEISS HyperZoom and up to 20× telephoto macro. Those are manufacturer-advertised capabilities, not evidence that images retain comparable detail or quality throughout those zoom ranges. vivo’s launch material also does not provide an independent head-to-head result against the OnePlus 13.
Both phones list 50MP sensors across their rear cameras, but megapixel counts and focal-length claims alone cannot determine which takes better photos. The official pages reviewed do not establish controlled comparative results for image quality, low light, video, or processing. Pick based on the camera layout and features you are most likely to use rather than treating specifications as a photo-quality ranking.
Does the vivo X200T last longer or charge faster?
vivo lists a 6200mAh typical battery capacity (6060mAh rated), compared with 6000mAh typical for the OnePlus 13. That is a larger stated capacity for vivo, but capacity is not a runtime test: screen settings, signal conditions, software, and workload affect battery life. The available specifications do not establish which phone lasts longer in comparable daily use.
Rank #2
The rated charging maxima favor the OnePlus 13 on paper: 100W wired and 50W wireless, compared with up to 90W wired and 40W wireless for the vivo X200T. These figures are manufacturer ratings, not a guarantee of charging time. Actual results can depend on temperature, charging equipment, and other conditions. OnePlus lists SUPERVOOC and AIRVOOC; vivo lists FlashCharge.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Which phone is more durable, and what about USB?
vivo specifies IP68 and IP69 protection under IEC 60529 laboratory conditions and cautions that resistance is not permanent and may decline with daily use. A lab rating does not mean you should deliberately submerge or expose the phone to water. The OnePlus specification evidence used for this comparison does not establish an IP rating, so it is not possible to make a supported rating-to-rating comparison here.
OnePlus lists USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C, while vivo lists USB 2.0. This makes OnePlus the stronger specification choice if wired data transfer is important, but actual transfer speeds depend on the connected device, cable, and workload.
Performance, software, and what the specifications cannot prove
The OnePlus 13 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, and the vivo X200T uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+. Both are named flagship-class platforms, but the manufacturer specifications cited here do not establish a controlled performance winner between these phones.

vivo reports an AnTuTu V11 score above 3 million for a 12GB+512GB X200T test device and says results may vary by memory version and test environment. That vendor-reported result is not a direct comparison with a tested OnePlus 13. vivo also reports a 1.6°C lower temperature than “other phones” after 30 minutes of 4K 60fps recording, but the comparison method and identities of those phones are not detailed in the cited material. Neither claim should be treated as independent evidence of a head-to-head advantage. vivo’s X200T launch material
The official pages list OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15 for OnePlus and OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 for vivo. The reviewed sources do not establish how many years of operating-system or security updates either phone will receive, so software version alone cannot answer which has longer support.
Which should you choose?
- Choose the OnePlus 13 if you want the larger, higher-resolution listed display, a specified 3× optical telephoto, USB 3.2 Gen 1, or the lower listed MRP for the 12GB+256GB configuration.
- Consider the vivo X200T if you value its 70mm-equivalent periscope telephoto and telephoto macro features, its higher stated typical battery capacity, or its specified IP68/IP69 laboratory rating.
- Compare live listings before paying if price is decisive. The MRPs above do not establish current discounts, transaction prices, or stock, and the vivo store’s selected 12GB+256GB listing was unavailable when checked.
Neither phone is a proven all-around winner from manufacturer specifications alone. There is no independent controlled comparison in the cited material for camera output, battery runtime, display quality, performance, or thermals; the better fit depends on the features you value and the actual price available for your chosen configuration.
