No verified employee count for Yesodot Eitanim Construction Ltd. as of October 8, 2026 is available from the sources we could check. The figures printed next to the company in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) IPO table do not identify headcount, so they should not be read as a workforce number. This article explains what the public record does establish, why the headcount figure is missing, and how a reader can find a current number from primary filings.
What the public record establishes about the company
The TASE publication “TASEs IPOs 2015-2026 (as of February 2026)” lists Yesodot Eitanim Construction as issuer number 2386 in the construction sub-sector, with an IPO month recorded as 03/25 (March 2025). That is the most authoritative identification available. It confirms the company’s listing history, not its size.
A secondary financial listing on Globes describes the company’s activities as the initiation of residential construction, urban renewal and investment real estate. That description tells a reader what kind of business the company runs. It does not give a staff count, and it is a press-style listing rather than a company filing.
Why the TASE table figures are not a headcount
The IPO table row for Yesodot Eitanim Construction shows two figures, “6” and “20”. The surrounding passage does not label the columns, so their meaning cannot be established. Treating either number as employees would be a guess. Readers who see these values in aggregator sites should treat them as unexplained table entries until the column headings are confirmed in the original PDF.

The September 2026 rights-offer notice
The query refers to a rights offering. Globes lists a notice dated September 15, 2026, titled in Hebrew “יסוד-דוח הצעת מדף להנפקת מניות בדרך של זכויות”, which translates as a shelf-offer report for issuing shares by way of rights. The listing confirms that a report of this type was filed on that date. It does not reveal the offer’s price, ratio, eligibility, timetable or whether the offer was still open on October 8, 2026.
A shelf-offer report is a filing that describes a company’s plan to issue securities. The terms of any specific rights issue are normally set out in a separate offer document, so the September notice should be read as the starting point for finding those terms, not as the terms themselves.

Where to find a current employee count
An employee count is only reliable when it comes from a dated company filing. The following routes are the ones to use, in this order.

Israeli listed companies file periodic reports with the Israel Securities Authority, and these are published through the TASE reporting system. The directors’ report or the section on employees in the most recent annual report usually gives a year-end headcount. Check the reporting date, because a count from a prior year will not reflect October 2026.
- Shelf-offer and rights-offer documents. A prospectus or offer document filed for the 2026 rights issue may describe the company’s business and staffing. Confirm the filing date before using any figure from it.
- Israeli Corporations Authority basic company information. The Corporations Authority offers free basic company information, with a paid full extract for more detail. This confirms registration details and status. It does not by itself provide a workforce number.

What this means for the query
A reader searching for the number of employees should not rely on a figure from a stock-data page unless the page cites a dated filing. For the rights offer, the question of whether shares can still be subscribed on October 8, 2026 needs the offer document itself, because the public listings reviewed here do not confirm it.
