The OPPO Reno16c 5G has a detailed, feature-rich official specification for India, while Nothing’s UK listing for the Phone (4a) confirms a price and a few headline features but not enough technical detail for a full head-to-head. The available prices are from different countries, so they do not establish which phone is cheaper. Here is what the official information does—and does not—show.
At a glance: the differences the official listings establish

How do the prices compare?
There is no verified same-country price pair here. Nothing’s £379 listing is for its UK store and a selected 8GB+128GB Phone (4a); OPPO’s rupee prices are for the India Reno16c 5G, model CPH2859. Comparing or subtracting those figures would mix markets, currencies, local taxes, and potentially different retail conditions—not measure a reliable price difference.
For the India Reno16c, OPPO lists three configurations: 8GB+128GB at ₹49,999, 8GB+256GB at ₹53,999, and 12GB+256GB at ₹59,999. The company states those prices include taxes and were correct on 9 September 2026, while warning they may change. The UK Nothing price is the figure displayed when its product page was accessed in 2026, not a price promise for another country or retailer.

What the OPPO India specifications say
Display and performance
OPPO specifies a 16.69cm FHD+ AMOLED display with a 2372 × 1080 resolution and refresh rate up to 120Hz. It lists a MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Energy processor, LPDDR4X memory, and UFS 3.1 storage. These are manufacturer-listed specifications, not independent performance or battery-life test results.
Camera hardware and video
The India model has a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultrawide, and a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS and 3.5x optical zoom. The front camera is 50MP with autofocus. OPPO lists 4K video recording at 30fps. The telephoto figure describes optical zoom; it should not be treated as equivalent to Nothing’s separate headline claim of up to 70x ultra zoom, for which the UK listing does not give a camera-by-camera breakdown.

Battery, charging, and storage expansion
OPPO lists a 7000mAh typical battery capacity and 6850mAh rated capacity, along with 80W SUPERVOOC charging. It also lists storage-card support. The cited specification page does not establish a supported card format or maximum card capacity, so check the local model’s manual before buying a card.
What Nothing’s UK listing confirms—and what it leaves open
Nothing’s UK product page identifies the Phone (4a), offers an 8GB+128GB selection at £379, and promotes a three-camera system, up to 70x ultra zoom, and Nothing OS with Essential AI tools. It does not expose the full technical specification set needed to compare processor performance, display resolution, battery capacity, charging speed, storage expansion, network bands, warranty, or software-update support.
Rank #3
- [Compatibility] Designed for Nothing Phone 4a Pro for great protection. NOTE: Not for Nothing Phone 4a / 3 / 3a / 3a Pro. Designed with thoughtful 2.5D curved edges, compatible with most phone cases. Please kindly check your device model before purchasing

That gap matters: the confirmed information is not enough to call either phone the better performer, camera phone, or longer-lasting choice. A fair judgment on those points needs Nothing’s complete specification sheet for the market where you intend to buy, plus matching regional details for OPPO.
Quick Recap
Which phone should you choose?
Choose based on the India Reno16c listing if its listed features fit your needs
- The official India specification documents the display, processor, camera hardware, battery, charging, and storage expansion in detail.
- Its telephoto camera has a stated 3.5x optical zoom, and the company lists OIS on both the main and telephoto cameras.
- The India listing provides storage configurations and a stated local warranty; those terms are specific to India.
Consider the Phone (4a) if you are shopping in the UK and value its listed software and camera positioning
- Nothing’s UK store shows the 8GB+128GB model at £379 and highlights Nothing OS with Essential AI tools.
- Its three-camera and up-to-70x ultra-zoom claims are product-page highlights, but the listing cited here does not provide enough camera detail to compare image quality or zoom hardware directly with OPPO.
Before paying, verify these local details
- Both phones’ current prices and stock in your country, using identical RAM and storage tiers.
- The exact regional model number and its network-band compatibility with your carrier.
- Local warranty, after-sales service, NFC and eSIM availability, and included accessories.
- The complete Nothing specification sheet and both manufacturers’ software-update commitments if longevity or performance is decisive.
