The Nothing Phone (4a) and iQOO Z11 5G are close enough in specification to compare, but a price difference cannot yet be stated. The two current listings we could verify are for different countries and currencies: £379 in the UK for Nothing’s 8GB/128GB model, and ₹39,999 in India for iQOO’s 8GB/128GB model. Those figures cannot be subtracted from each other. The choice comes down to whether a dedicated optical telephoto camera or a much larger battery and faster display matters more to you, and then to what the same configuration costs in your own market.

The table below uses only values stated on each manufacturer’s official pages, checked in early October 2026. Where a page did not state a value, the cell says so rather than guessing.

What the spec differences mean in practice
The two phones pull in different directions. Nothing’s main advantage is camera reach. A periscope telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom uses a folded light path to provide genuine optical magnification at distance, which a conventional fixed main lens cannot match. If you photograph sports, wildlife or events from a distance, that is a meaningful hardware difference.

Two things are missing from the verified material: Nothing’s chipset, battery and display specifications. Without them, you cannot judge whether the Phone (4a) is equal, weaker or stronger in those areas. Check Nothing’s official specification page for the exact figures before deciding.
Water resistance claims
iQOO’s specification page states that liquid resistance is not permanent. Treat any protection rating as a laboratory result for specific conditions, not as permission to use the phone underwater or near pools and showers.
Why no price difference is established yet
A price difference only means something when both phones are priced in the same country, in the same currency, for the same memory and storage configuration, on the same date. The two listings verified here fail that test:

Nothing’s India product page lists the Phone (4a) in 8GB/128GB and directs buyers to Flipkart, but the page content checked did not show a price. Any price you see on that page would need to be verified on Flipkart itself, and it would still be the India price rather than a UK one.

- Choose your country, since both phones’ retail prices depend on region.
- Open Nothing’s official store for that country and note the price of the Phone (4a) in 8GB/128GB. If your country has no official store, use the official retail partner listed on Nothing’s site.
- Open iQOO’s official store for the same country and note the Z11 5G price in 8GB/128GB.
- Check whether either price includes bank offers, launch discounts or a bundled accessory, and whether those offers have an end date.
- Compare the two figures only after confirming they are the same currency, same configuration and same date.
If you need the iQOO model with 12GB RAM, or the Nothing model with a different storage size, the comparison has to be redone for that exact configuration.
Which phone suits which buyer
- Choose the Nothing Phone (4a) if optical zoom is a priority. Photographers who regularly shoot subjects at a distance get a real telephoto benefit that the iQOO Z11 5G does not offer.
- Choose the iQOO Z11 5G if battery life, charging speed and display smoothness matter more. Its 7,050mAh battery, 44W charging and 144Hz panel are concrete advantages on paper.
- Wait for a like-for-like price if the decision depends on cost. Neither listing alone shows which phone is cheaper in your market.
Specifications show what each phone is built to do but not how well it performs. Camera quality, real-world battery life and software experience all need hands-on evaluation or independent testing, which this comparison does not provide.
