The Nothing Phone (3a) is the stronger fit if you want an AMOLED display and more rear-camera options; the iQOO Z11x is the one to consider if rated battery capacity matters most. Their screens are almost the same size, but the stated prices and available storage configurations need careful checking before you buy.

Which phone has the better display?
The Nothing Phone (3a) has the clearer stated advantage in panel technology: Nothing lists a flexible AMOLED screen, while iQOO lists an LCD. Both are close to 6.8 inches diagonally and list 120 Hz refresh rates, so the size and refresh-rate specifications are similar on paper. These specifications do not establish which display is brighter or more accurate in real-world use.

Which phone has the better camera?
For shooting options, the Phone (3a) has the more versatile listed rear-camera hardware: a main camera with optical image stabilization, a 2× optical telephoto camera and an ultrawide camera. The Z11x lists a main camera and a 2 MP bokeh camera, rather than separate telephoto and ultrawide cameras.

Both list 32 MP front cameras. Megapixel counts and camera components alone do not prove which phone takes better photos or selfies; image quality depends on factors beyond the published specifications.
Battery capacity and charging: what the numbers mean
The iQOO Z11x lists a 7200 mAh battery, 2200 mAh more rated capacity than the Phone (3a)’s 5000 mAh. That makes the Z11x the capacity-first choice on paper, but the figures do not translate directly into a predictable number of extra hours: actual endurance depends on use and conditions. iQOO describes the battery as offering “extended use time” on its Z11x product page; that is a manufacturer claim, not an independent battery test.
Nothing lists 50 W charging and iQOO lists 44 W. The higher wattage is a specification difference, not proof that one phone reaches a full charge sooner under every condition.

Price difference in India
A 91mobiles comparison snapshot listed the Nothing Phone (3a) at ₹24,999 and the iQOO Z11x at ₹27,999—a ₹3,000 gap, with the Z11x listed higher. These are third-party snapshot prices, not guaranteed current offers. The comparison page also lists release dates of 11 March 2025 for the Phone (3a) and 16 March 2026 for the Z11x.
The official iQOO India E-store showed ₹27,999 against an MRP of ₹28,999 for the selected Z11x 6 GB + 128 GB variant, but marked it out of stock when checked. Nothing’s captured India product page showed an 8 GB + 128 GB selection and a Flipkart link, but no price in the page text. Check retailer listings on the day you buy, compare the same RAM and storage configuration, and treat discounts or bank offers separately.
Software support and included items
Nothing lists Nothing OS 3 for the Phone (3a). iQOO lists OriginOS 6.0 and states that the Z11x receives four years of security updates. The reviewed product information does not establish an equivalent support-duration promise for the Phone (3a), so it is not enough to conclude which phone will receive updates for longer.
