The UK listings show a £200 gap between the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro and Phone (3a) Lite, but that is not a like-for-like comparison: the listed Pro is the 12GB/256GB model, the Lite is 8GB/128GB, and the Pro was marked sold out. The Lite has verified specifications including a 6.77-inch AMOLED display, 5,000mAh battery and 33W charging. Nothing’s cited Pro listing does not provide enough matching hardware details to establish a definitive camera or performance winner.
Price difference: UK and Germany listings

|---|---|---|---|
| UK | £399, 12GB RAM/256GB storage; sold out | £199, 8GB RAM/128GB storage; £249 shown as the former price; Add to bag available | The listed prices differ by £200, but the configurations do not match and the Pro was out of stock. Nothing UK Pro listing; Nothing UK Lite listing |
| Germany | €379, with €459 crossed out | €249 | A separate regional snapshot; do not treat these euro prices as interchangeable with UK prices. Nothing Germany phones catalog |
The UK £200 difference is specific to those listings on that date—not a universal price gap. The Lite’s former price is displayed as £249, but the cited page does not establish how long the £199 offer lasts. Nothing’s UK Pro listing confirms a 12GB/256GB configuration and describes a “Pro camera system,” but the captured official listing does not give comparable camera sensors, display, chipset, battery, charging, dimensions or weight. Nothing UK Pro listing
That evidence supports a useful Lite specification summary, not a complete head-to-head hardware table. It does not establish whether the Pro has a better camera in practice, a faster chipset, a larger battery, or faster charging. Those comparisons require matching official specification sheets for the same region.
Lite dimensions and what comes in the box
Nothing Support lists the Lite at 164.10 × 78.08 × 8.35 mm and 199.2 g. The listed box contents are:

According to Nothing Support’s Phone (3a) Lite product-feature information, the case and screen protector are included. The cited support information does not establish the Pro’s dimensions or box contents.

Which Nothing 3a phone should you buy?
Choose the Lite if its confirmed features and price fit
The Lite is the clearer choice for someone prioritizing a lower listed price and a known set of specifications. The UK listing is for 8GB/128GB, and the cited official materials confirm its display, battery, charging and rear-camera setup. Its documented case and pre-applied screen protector also cover two common out-of-box accessory needs.
Consider the Pro only after checking its current listing and full specifications
The UK Pro listing is for 12GB/256GB and labels its camera system “Pro,” but it was sold out in the 7 October 2026 snapshot. The available cited material is not enough to judge whether its camera, processing performance or other hardware justifies a higher price for your needs. Check current stock and a full, region-specific specification sheet before deciding.
What this comparison can and cannot establish
Based on the cited official pages, the Lite has a defined set of published hardware specifications, while the Pro listing confirms its UK memory/storage configuration and uses a broad camera-system description. There is not enough comparable information here to name an overall technical winner or calculate a universal price premium. For a fair decision, compare current local prices for equivalent configurations and confirm the Pro specifications, availability and regional compatibility with Nothing or an authorized seller.
