The Nothing Phone (3a) Pro and OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite 5G make different trade-offs. Nothing’s officially listed hardware includes an AMOLED screen and a dedicated 50 MP periscope telephoto camera with 3× optical zoom. The Nord’s reported advantages are a larger 7,000 mAh battery and a faster 144 Hz refresh rate, but those specifications come from comparison publishers rather than a OnePlus product page. In India, one 2026 comparison snapshot showed the Nothing phone ₹1,000 cheaper; actual prices depend on the listing and variant.
Nothing Phone (3a) Pro vs Nord CE 6 Lite 5G: specifications

Camera: the Nothing has a dedicated optical zoom lens
For camera hardware, the clearest distinction is the Nothing’s 50 MP periscope telephoto camera. Nothing specifies 3× optical zoom and up to 6× in-sensor zoom, giving it a dedicated lens for distant subjects and tighter portraits. Its other rear cameras are a 50 MP main camera with optical image stabilization and an 8 MP ultra-wide.

NDTV Gadgets 360 lists the Nord with a 50 MP and 2 MP rear-camera setup. That listing does not identify a dedicated telephoto camera, so the Nothing has the stronger documented hardware case for optical reach. Camera resolution and lens specifications alone do not establish which phone takes better photos overall.
Display: AMOLED versus a higher refresh rate
Nothing lists a 6.77-inch AMOLED display running at 120 Hz. The Nord listing reports a slightly smaller 6.72-inch LCD with a higher 144 Hz refresh rate. AMOLED and refresh rate describe different qualities: panel technology affects how the screen produces its image, while refresh rate is how often it can update. A higher refresh-rate figure by itself does not make the Nord’s LCD equivalent to, or better than, the Nothing’s AMOLED.
Battery and charging: capacity is not a runtime test
The reported battery capacities are 5,000 mAh for the Nothing and 7,000 mAh for the Nord. Their listed charging rates are 50 W and 45 W, respectively. The Nord’s larger rated capacity may appeal if battery size is a priority, while the Nothing has the higher listed charging rate. These figures do not establish which phone lasts longer in ordinary use: no comparable independent endurance test is established here.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsPerformance, software and support
Nothing officially specifies the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 and Nothing OS 3.1 based on Android 15. NDTV Gadgets 360 lists the Nord’s MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Apex and Android 16. Without comparable benchmark testing, those processor names do not support a reliable performance winner.

India
When viewed in 2026, 91mobiles displayed ₹27,999 for the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro and ₹28,999 for the Nord CE 6 Lite 5G on comparison-page listings linked to Amazon. That is a displayed difference of ₹1,000 in Nothing’s favor at that snapshot, not a guaranteed current price or official MSRP. Check the RAM and storage configuration, seller, stock and any bank or promotional conditions before buying.
Europe
Nothing’s official Europe page lists the Phone (3a) Pro with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage for €459. The cited sources do not establish a comparable European price or availability for the Nord CE 6 Lite 5G, so a Europe price difference cannot be calculated from them. Do not compare the €459 European configuration directly with the India marketplace listings.
Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro for its documented camera and display hardware: it has a dedicated 50 MP periscope telephoto camera with 3× optical zoom and an AMOLED panel.
- Consider the Nord if its reported battery capacity and refresh rate are your priorities: NDTV Gadgets 360 lists a 7,000 mAh battery and a 144 Hz LCD. Verify those specifications with OnePlus and look for independent testing if runtime or display behavior is decisive.
- Compare the actual listing, not just the model name: the Nothing Europe price is for 12 GB/256 GB, while its India storefront shows an 8 GB/128 GB option. The India prices cited above are marketplace-linked snapshots.
- Use the documented update commitment as a decision factor: Nothing publishes a specific support duration; a matching Nord promise is not established in the cited material.
The Nord was framed by comparison publishers as an India launch in May 2026, although those sources differ on the exact date. The month is a safer description than either conflicting day.
