Using the two amounts displayed by 91mobiles when accessed in 2026, the X300 FE is ₹53,444 more expensive than the Phone (3a) Lite. Before comparing checkout totals, confirm the phone’s exact RAM and storage, seller, local stock, and any applicable offer. The Nothing Nepal page’s 8GB + 256GB selector is not proof of the India-market variant on sale. The comparison page lists 128GB and 256GB options for Nothing, and 256GB and 512GB for vivo.

Which display suits you better?
Nothing: more room for viewing
The Phone (3a) Lite’s listed 6.77-inch AMOLED screen is the better fit on paper if you prefer a larger area for video, reading, or browsing. Its listed resolution is 1080 × 2392, with a 120Hz refresh rate.
vivo: smaller screen, higher listed resolution
The X300 FE’s 6.31-inch AMOLED display is the more compact of the two and has a higher listed resolution of 1216 × 2640; it is also listed at 120Hz. The smaller diagonal may be easier for some people to handle, but screen size alone does not establish one-handed comfort—the phone’s overall dimensions and your grip matter too.
Is the vivo faster?
The listed chipsets put the X300 FE in the higher performance tier: vivo confirms a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, while the comparison lists a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro for the Nothing phone. 91mobiles reports AnTuTu scores of 907,685 for Nothing and 3,000,897 for vivo, plus Geekbench multi-core scores of 2,967 and 9,051 respectively. These are figures reported by that comparison page, not a guarantee of performance in every app or under every test condition.

Which phone has the more useful camera setup?
vivo adds a dedicated telephoto camera
The X300 FE’s listed rear cameras include a 50MP telephoto unit with up to 3× optical zoom, alongside a 50MP main and an 8MP ultrawide. vivo also identifies a separate ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 accessory, described as 200mm-equivalent and weighing 153g. It is an optional accessory, not a built-in camera; check compatibility, regional availability, bundle status, and price before relying on it.
Nothing includes a macro camera
The Phone (3a) Lite’s listed rear array is a 50MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro. That gives it a macro camera where vivo lists a telephoto unit. The front cameras are listed as 16MP for Nothing and 50MP for vivo, but megapixel counts alone do not establish which phone takes better selfies or overall photos. No comparative image-quality test is established by the listed specifications.

vivo specifies a 6,500mAh typical-capacity battery and 90W FlashCharge for the X300 FE. The comparison lists 5,000mAh and 33W charging for the Nothing phone. A larger stated capacity and higher charging wattage favor vivo on paper, but capacity does not guarantee longer runtime, which varies with settings, signal, apps, and use.

91mobiles reports PCMark battery-test results of 13h 06m for Nothing and 16h 04m for vivo. Treat these as that source’s test figures, not a prediction of how long either phone will last in your own use.
91mobiles lists 40W wireless charging for vivo and does not list wireless charging for Nothing. Verify the exact regional X300 FE variant and the required charger or accessories before treating wireless charging as a deciding feature.
For water and dust protection, Nothing’s Nepal product page advertises IP54. vivo says the X300 FE is tested and rated IP68/IP69 under IEC 60529:2013 test conditions, but also warns that resistance may diminish with wear, liquid damage is not covered by warranty, and “This product is not a professional water resistant phone.” Neither rating should be treated as a promise that a phone is safe to submerge.
Storage and software depend on the version you can buy
The comparison lists expandable storage for Nothing, with 128GB and 256GB internal options. It lists no expandable storage for the X300 FE, whose internal options are 256GB and 512GB. If you need substantial local media or app storage, compare the actual variant in stock; the vivo offers larger listed internal tiers, while Nothing lists expansion.
Software details are regional: Nothing’s cited Nepal page identifies Nothing OS 3.5, while vivo India lists Android 16 and OriginOS 6 for the X300 FE. Confirm the software and RAM/storage configuration on the product listing for your region rather than assuming every market receives the same version.
Which one should you buy?
Choose the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite if
- You want the lower displayed price and are prioritizing the initial purchase cost.
- You prefer a larger 6.77-inch display.
- Expandable storage is more useful to you than a telephoto camera or a larger built-in storage tier.
Consider the vivo X300 FE if
- You are comfortable with the substantially higher displayed price in exchange for a more compact screen and higher-resolution listed display.
- You want the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 performance tier and a dedicated telephoto camera.
- The higher listed battery capacity, faster wired charging, or listed wireless charging matters enough to justify the premium.
There is no universal winner in these specifications: the Nothing is the price-and-screen-size choice, while the vivo’s case rests on its compact format and premium hardware. Decide based on the features you will use, then verify the exact local model and current seller price.
