To complete the Business Empire quest in Nivalis Nights, build your business by renting venues across Nivalis, advancing through conversations with Agent Teleshko, Brooke Hazard, Banor, and Lily Nightingale, and gathering Lily’s cocktail ingredients. The quest appears to open around Day 4 after you have started operating Ramen Noir and met Teleshko; then follow the active journal objective, since conversations and game-state gates can affect what unlocks next.
How to unlock Business Empire
Guide sources place the quest’s opening on Day 4 or later. Prima Games says Ramen Noir must be running with some staff, at least 20 satisfied guests served using unlocked recipes, and that you must have spoken with Agent Teleshko. The quest listing separately points to tutorial completion, Day 4 or later, 10:00 or later, and having met Teleshko. These are guide-reported triggers rather than conditions verified across live saves, so treat the journal as the final check.
- Complete the tutorial and get Ramen Noir operating with staff.
- Serve satisfied guests using recipes you have unlocked. Prima Games specifies at least 20.
- Meet and speak with Agent Teleshko.
- After the Day 4 gate, check your journal for Business Empire and follow the objective shown there.

Business Empire walkthrough
The quest combines character conversations, venue rentals, and a later ingredient-gathering task. Use the journal objective to determine when to move on; completing a location or conversation out of sequence may not advance the active step.

Meet Teleshko and Brooke, then rent the first venues
- Speak with Agent Teleshko.
- Meet Brooke Hazard.
- Report back to Teleshko.
- Tell Brooke that Teleshko’s Tier 1 license has been transferred.
- Rent the Boat Hangar in the Stacks.
- Rent the Sake Bar in Central Canyon.
- Rent Yummy Canteen in the Industrial District.
- Rent YakiTori in Helix Monumental.
- Bring Banor on board, then speak with Teleshko again.
Help Lily Nightingale
- Find Lily Nightingale in Lowtown when the journal directs you there.
- Obtain one Liquid Nitrogen, one Vodka, and one Cherries.
- Return the three ingredients to Lily.
Expand to the remaining venues
- Rent Toshigami at Seaside Boardwalk.
- Rent Fusion Point in Eastern Residential.
- Rent Honeycomb Club at Hive Mall.
- Obtain a Tier 4 Business Permit when the objective calls for it.
- Rent Fly In at the Spire.
- Rent Obsidian Noir at Metro Hub.
The venue names and sequence above follow the Nivalis Nights quest listing. Its walkthrough presents 21 steps, while NivalisHelp publishes 19 player objectives; these counts use different presentations of the quest, so they should not be treated as a single agreed step count.
Rewards and relationship effects
The quest listing names the Cheese Burger and Frosted Murder recipes, Tier 1 and Tier 2 Business Permits, and relationship counters for Agent Teleshko, Brooke Hazard, and Lily Nightingale among its rewards or tracked outcomes. It also cautions that dialogue-choice effects are interpreted from dialogue scripts and are not confirmed in game. Do not rely on a specific choice producing a guaranteed relationship result.

The quest listing identifies its dialogue data as coming from game build 25680465. That build reference describes the data behind the listing, not necessarily the current version of your game.

Why Business Empire may not progress
If the quest appears stuck, diagnose the active objective before repeating earlier steps. NivalisHelp’s troubleshooting guidance suggests checking the relevant place or room, speaking with the required character again, allowing for a day or state transition, and confirming the required item or action.

- Journal objective has not changed: Re-read it and complete the exact listed task; a nearby or similar activity may not satisfy the requirement.
- Character is present but nothing advances: Talk to them again after the preceding objective is complete.
- Venue or character is unavailable: Check the named location and allow a possible day or game-state transition.
- Ingredient task is still active: Confirm you have one each of Liquid Nitrogen, Vodka, and Cherries, then return them to Lily.
- Everything appears complete but the step remains: Verify the required interaction or rental was registered, then try reloading the area and checking that the game is up to date before reporting a bug.

The quest listing is useful for its named locations, sequence, and dialogue-data notes; the editorial guides present objectives in their own formats. Their differences in step count do not establish alternate routes. Likewise, dialogue-script interpretations are not the same as outcomes confirmed through live gameplay.
