Third-party gaming-news listings report that Nintendo is on the cover of Costco Connection and receives a special feature, but the accessible listings do not identify the issue or explain what the feature covers. The cover image, issue date, interviewees, quotes and any product promotion remain unverified.
What is confirmed about the Nintendo feature?
Game Breakers News includes the headline “Nintendo takes the cover of and gets a special feature in Costco Connection magazine” among its Nintendo headlines, but the accessible page does not provide the story text. A separate news-coverage index links that headline to GoNintendo and labels the story as 382 words; it does not reproduce the article. Game Breakers News and the coverage index therefore confirm that the headline circulated, not the underlying feature’s details.
In the accessible material, the headline is the only description of the announcement. It does not establish which issue is involved, what the cover depicts, what the feature discusses, or whether anyone was interviewed.

Costco says Costco Connection is available digitally through Costco.com or its magazine website. The latest issue is usually available at warehouse Membership desks at the beginning of each month. Costco also says it no longer offers new mail subscriptions. See Costco’s magazine FAQ for access information.
#1 Best Overall
- The next evolution of Nintendo Switch
- One system, three play modes: TV, Tabletop, and Handheld
- Larger, vivid, 7.9” LCD touch screen with support for HDR and up to 120 fps
- Dock that supports 4K when connected to a compatible TV*

To verify the announcement, check the actual issue or an official Costco or Nintendo statement for its date, cover and feature text. Until then, the issue and contents cannot be identified from the available listings.
Does the headline mean Costco is promoting a Nintendo product?
No product promotion is established. Nintendo’s support page lists Amazon and Costco Wholesale among retailers carrying Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Switch Lite and Switch OLED models, but that is general retailer information—not evidence about the magazine feature. Nintendo’s retailer information does not connect a particular console to the cover story.
Rank #2
- 6.2” LCD screen
- Three play modes: TV, tabletop, and handheld
- Local co-op, online, and local wireless multiplayer
- Detachable Joy-Con controllers
- Nintendo Switch is the home of Mario & friends
Costco also has a listing for a Nintendo Switch 2 bundle that includes a console, a 12-month Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership and a 256GB MicroSD Express card. That listing does not show that the feature mentions or recommends the bundle. Costco’s bundle listing is separate from confirmation of the magazine’s contents.
