How to choose between the three
Start with compatibility. Mario Kart World and Nintendo Switch Sports Resort are listed as Switch 2 games. Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream is listed as a Nintendo Switch game, so it is a different kind of title from the other two. After that, the decision comes down to which game you actually want to play.
Nintendo’s Japan release gives no standalone game price or bundle-savings figure, so whether the bundle saves money cannot be calculated from the announcement.

Availability: Japan only, and not the U.S. offer
This is a Japanese-language system sold for Japan. Nintendo of America runs a separate Choose Your Game offer in the U.S. with different games (Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza or Pokémon Pokopia), and its start and end dates vary by retailer. Those games and terms do not apply to the Japan bundle.
