Nissan specifies a 1.5-liter VC-Turbo DOHC 12-valve three-cylinder engine for the 2026.5 Rogue. Its published rating is 201 hp at 5,600 rpm and 225 lb-ft at 2,800 rpm. The press kit identifies the engine as KR15DDT and gives the torque range as 2,800–4,000 rpm. These are manufacturer specifications based on product information as of February 2026; check the specific trim and drivetrain when comparing vehicles.
2026 Toyota GR Corolla
Toyota describes the 2026 GR Corolla as using a turbocharged 1.6-liter three-cylinder engine. The cited announcement said Toyota expected the car to arrive at dealerships in fall 2025, but that timing does not confirm current stock at any particular dealer. Toyota’s model page also notes that equipment and availability can vary by location.
Why this is not a five-car list
The available official U.S. manufacturer sources verify these two candidates, not five. A broad check of NHTSA’s 2026 model-year vehicle list did not establish an engine-filtered total.
