Flow 2: the premium option
Narwal positions the Flow 2 as its 2026 flagship. Its announcement describes dual HD RGB cameras and a cloud-based vision-language model for adaptive obstacle avoidance, plus a FlowWash mop that uses 140°F water, 31,000 Pa suction, CarpetFocus, and a DualFlow tangle-free system. These are manufacturer-described features, not independent test results.
#1 Best Overall
- Always-fresh FlowWash Track Mop — NARWAL Freo 20 Edge robot vacuum and mop sprays clean water through 16 precision nozzles onto an extra-wide 10.5 in track mop that rotates 80 RPM with 12 N of downward pressure, scrubbing away coffee, juice, and sticky kitchen messes in a single pass, while the built-in scraper removes away residual dirt and recycles dirty water into the robot tank in real time, allowing a cleaner mop to continue cleaning the floor.
- 31,000Pa Hyper Suction — NARWAL Freo 20 Edge robot vacuum picks up everything from everyday dust and cereal crumbs in the kitchen to cat litter by the sofa, lifting embedded debris from hardwood, tile, and other hard floors in one pass. Flagship-grade suction helps keep every room fresh and clean with ease.
- DualFlow Tangle-Free System — NARWAL Freo 20 Edge robot vacuum hair solution pairs a Zero-Tangling Floating Roller Brush that channels long hair toward the suction inlet with a Dynamic Detangling Side Brush that auto-reverses to shake off wrapped strands, together guiding 15.7 in long hair and pet fur straight into the dustbin with nothing left to unwrap.
- Edge-to-Corner Cleaning — NARWAL Freo 20 Edge robot vacuum and mop combo reverses its side brush automatically to sweep dust out of inside corners, while the track mop extends 1.9 in beyond the body to hug baseboards and glide around chair legs, so edges and corners get scrubbed, not just passed by.
- All-in-one Dock for Hands-free Cleaning — This self-emptying robot vacuum empties dust into a 2.5 L bag, with each bag lasting up to 120 days, auto-rinses the mop with 113°F warm-air drying to keep it fresh, and flushes its own pipes, nozzles, and dirty-water tank so daily floor care runs with almost no upkeep.
Freo 20: a lower-priced promoted model
The Freo 20 is listed at a lower announced price than either Flow 2 color. Narwal says it brings FlowWash and 140°F water to a less expensive tier and also lists 31,000 Pa suction and DualFlow. The announcement positions it as a simpler package without the Flow 2’s vision-language model. The specifications alone do not establish which robot cleans better.
Freo 20 Edge: check the water-temperature trade-off
Narwal also includes the Freo 20 Edge in the promoted lineup, but its October announcement does not give a model-specific event price. It says the Edge uses room-temperature water for mopping, unlike the 140°F water described for the Flow 2 and Freo 20.

Narwal published a separate Prime Day promotion for June 23–26, 2026, including a different Flow 2 price. That offer has expired and should not be used as the October price. The October event is the October 6–7 promotion described in Narwal’s announcement; if you are reading after those dates, check current listings instead of assuming the announced prices remain live.

What to verify before checkout
- Confirm that the event price is still shown on the retailer’s listing; promotional prices can change or expire.
- Check whether you selected the white or black Flow 2, since Narwal announced different prices for the two colors.
- Review the exact model name and package contents, especially if comparing a robot with an accessory kit or mop.
- Use Narwal’s feature claims as product descriptions, not as proof of comparative cleaning performance.
