Costantino Favasuli sustained a Grade 2 strain to the rectus femoris in his right thigh during Italy U21’s match against Armenia, SSC Napoli announced on 2 October 2026. The club said he would start rehabilitation at its Training Centre on 3 October. ANSA reported he could be available again in about a month, but Napoli has not announced a return date.
