In Control Resonant, the Mysterious Dog’s toy is on a rooftop AC or ventilation unit near a Chowrap billboard, close to the dog’s rooftop west of the Parking Garage. You need the Gravity Anomaly traversal ability to reach the rooftops; bring the toy back and place it in the dog’s bed to register this encounter for “Every Dog Has Her Day.”
Where to find the Mysterious Dog in West Incursion Zone
Head to the rooftops west of the Parking Garage. The Mysterious Dog is there, and the toy is on a nearby rooftop. Walkthroughs agree on the rooftop and billboard landmarks, but describe the toy’s position relative to the dog differently: one guide says to look south, while another identifies the neighboring rooftop west of the Parking Garage. Use the Chowrap billboard and the rooftop AC or ventilation unit as your visual markers rather than relying on an exact compass direction. AllThingsHow and Control Resonant online guide describe the location; NerdsChalk also identifies the nearby rooftop unit.
How to reach the rooftop and retrieve the toy
Unlock Gravity Anomaly
The walkthroughs say you need the Gravity Anomaly traversal ability to access the rooftop route. They describe Jesse Fault in the Parking Garage area as the source of that ability. If the rooftop is out of reach, obtain Gravity Anomaly before searching for the toy. AllThingsHow and NerdsChalk provide this prerequisite.

Pick up the toy and return it
- Go to the rooftops west of the Parking Garage using Gravity Anomaly.
- Locate the Chowrap billboard and check the nearby rooftop AC or ventilation unit for the plush toy.
- Pick up the toy and carry it back to the Mysterious Dog.
- Place the toy in the dog’s bed, then interact with the dog again. That registers the local encounter and triggers the quest prompt, according to the walkthroughs. AllThingsHow and NerdsChalk describe the return interaction.
How this encounter fits into “Every Dog Has Her Day”
