Murderous Pursuits’ official materials describe normal multiplayer strategy and progression, not a verified set of cheat codes or a complete current weapon-unlock list. To score well, balance discreet kills with low exposure, choose weapons carefully, and use abilities that fit the match. The figures below are documented in developer patch notes and should be treated as historical rather than guaranteed current settings.
Are there cheats for Murderous Pursuits?
The official Steam listing and the developer’s cited patch notes do not establish verified cheat codes. They describe the game’s modes, scoring, abilities, and progression instead. That evidence does not prove that no cheat codes exist; it means there is no verified code list to rely on here.
Blazing Griffin describes the game as “a kill-or-be-killed multiplayer game for 1-8 players.” The store listing says it supports solo play with bots as well as multiplayer.
How to unlock weapons in Murderous Pursuits
The official store listing encourages players to find high-value weapons because weapon choice is part of scoring. However, the cited official sources do not provide a complete current weapon-value table or a verified list of weapon unlock requirements. Check the game’s own progression screens for your current unlock status rather than relying on an unsupported list.

The developer’s patch notes do document some progression changes. They report that the initial character unlock threshold was reduced from 5,000 to 1,000 favour, and skin thresholds were reduced to 100, 250, 500, and 750 favour. Those are historical patch-note figures, not a confirmed complete list of current unlocks.
Historical ability and taunt unlocks
The same patch notes list these ability unlock levels and changes to taunt requirements. Treat them as values reported in that update, not as freshly verified settings in every current game build.

The official store description says points reward players for keeping exposure low, finding high-value weapons, and making kills discreetly. A kill is therefore not the only scoring consideration: avoid drawing unnecessary attention while closing in on your quarry.

Developer patch notes say an attempted attack without a target increases exposure and briefly prevents attacking. Wait until you have a target before committing, rather than using an attack as a guess.

Choose abilities for the match
The store listing describes eight abilities and says players can select only two for a match. Pick a pair that supports the way you intend to play; perks can further adjust your play style.
Learn the controls before chasing a target
Start with the in-game tutorial for the basic controls. The community guide “Mr. X’s Murderous Manual” also points new players to the tutorial, but it is community material rather than official documentation.

Modes and player count
Blazing Griffin’s store listing names three modes: Hunt, Free-For-All, and Elimination. It describes play for one to eight players, including solo play with bots. Use the mode’s objective and match situation to guide your approach; the same balance of stealth, exposure, and weapon choice applies across the game’s stated scoring considerations.
