The laptop behind the “money were no object” pitch is the 2025 MSI Stealth A16 AI+, a 16-inch machine with an RTX 5080 laptop GPU, AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, 32GB of RAM, 2TB of storage and a 240Hz, 2560 × 1600 display, according to T3. T3 reported an Amazon UK offer at £2,299 on 6 October 2026, down from £3,099, but said Prime membership was required and stock was limited. That is a dated offer report, not confirmation that the deal remains live.
Which MSI laptop is the recommendation about?
It is the 2025 MSI Stealth A16 AI+, not the sleeker 2026 revision mentioned in T3’s coverage. T3’s case for the 2025 model is that it pairs high-end gaming components with a comparatively restrained design, making it less overtly gamer-focused than some performance laptops. That design description is an editorial assessment, not a measured specification.
What configuration did T3 report?
T3 identifies this configuration of the Stealth A16 AI+ with the following components:
- Graphics: Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 laptop GPU.
- Processor: AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370.
- Memory: 32GB RAM.
- Storage: 2TB.
- Display: 16 inches, 2560 × 1600 resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate.
The combination is aimed at demanding gaming: the high refresh rate suits fast-paced play, while the resolution is also positioned for immersive single-player games. Those are use-case judgments, not proof of frame rates or performance in any particular title.

What was the reported Amazon UK price?
In an article published on 6 October 2026, T3 reported a £2,299 Amazon UK price, compared with a previous price of £3,099—a stated £800 reduction. T3 said Prime membership was required and stock was limited. The report does not establish the laptop’s current price or availability, so check the retailer listing before relying on the offer.
What the recommendation establishes—and what it does not
The appeal is clear on paper: flagship-tier graphics, a capable processor, 32GB of memory, 2TB of storage and a high-refresh 16-inch screen, in a chassis T3 considers relatively understated. That makes the model an appealing candidate for someone prioritising gaming hardware and a less conspicuous look over a low purchase price.
