MSI has announced the Prestige N16 Flip AI+, a 360-degree convertible laptop powered by NVIDIA RTX Spark, but a confirmed sale date and reliable local price have not been established for every market. NVIDIA’s announced availability window for participating RTX Spark laptops is fall 2026; that is not confirmation that this specific MSI model is in stock where you live.
When does the MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI+ go on sale?
MSI announced the laptop at COMPUTEX on June 1, 2026. NVIDIA said RTX Spark laptops and compact desktops, including MSI models, would be available in fall 2026. That is a seasonal platform window, not a confirmed release date for the Prestige N16 Flip AI+ in every country. Check MSI or authorized retailers in your region for actual stock before treating it as available.
MSI has published a product page, but the available listings do not establish a dependable worldwide launch price. MSI’s France store showed a 32GB configuration at €3,899.90 and marked it unavailable, so that listing is neither a purchasable offer nor a global price. A Malaysian retailer displayed an “available” status for a 128GB version alongside RM 99,999, an anomalous figure that should not be treated as reliable pricing. Availability and price need to be confirmed with local sellers.

It is a premium Windows 2-in-1 with a 360-degree hinge. MSI describes laptop, tablet, tent, and presentation modes and optional support for its Nano Pen. Its defining difference from a conventional clamshell RTX Spark laptop is that convertible design; buyers should check the exact configuration by SKU because display and memory options vary.

What NVIDIA RTX Spark means
NVIDIA describes RTX Spark as a superchip pairing a Blackwell RTX GPU with a Grace CPU. NVIDIA’s platform specifications include 6,144 CUDA cores, a 20-core Grace CPU, up to 128GB of unified memory, and up to 1 petaflop of AI compute. These are NVIDIA’s platform figures, not benchmark results for this MSI laptop.
NVIDIA positions the platform for local AI agents, creative applications, and gaming, with technologies including CUDA, RTX, DLSS, FP4, TensorRT, OptiX, Reflex, and G-SYNC. Its examples include running language models locally, high-resolution video editing, AI video generation, and gaming. Those describe intended platform capabilities; they do not establish how quickly a particular Prestige configuration performs those tasks.

MSI says the laptop’s unified memory is intended to support local AI models and creative workflows, while NVIDIA presents RTX Spark as a platform for on-device AI. The listed maximum is 128GB of unified memory, but the available memory depends on the configuration. Whether a particular model fits and runs well depends on the model, software, and workload; the published specifications alone do not guarantee a specific speed or compatibility result.

What to check before buying
- Confirm the RTX Spark model: Prestige is also used for other configurations, so verify the full product name and SKU.
- Match memory to your workload: configurations may differ, and 128GB is an “up to” figure rather than a universal specification.
- Choose the display by exact SKU: MSI lists both UHD+ Tandem OLED and 2.8K OLED options.
- Check local stock and price: a product page or an unavailable listing does not confirm that a unit can be ordered in your country.
- Decide whether the convertible features matter: touch, 360-degree modes, and optional pen support are useful distinctions if you need tablet or presentation use.
