Mouser Electronics announced the opening of its first Canadian Customer Service Center in May 2018, placing it at Catalyst137 in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. Mouser’s current contact pages list a Canadian office in Kitchener, but they do not confirm whether it is still at Catalyst137.
When did Mouser open its Canadian customer service center?
Mouser announced the opening on May 9, 2018. The release described the Canadian location as the company’s first customer service center in the country and its 23rd local customer service center worldwide, including five locations in North America at that time. Those figures describe Mouser’s 2018 announcement, not its current office network.
Where is Mouser’s Canadian office?
The 2018 announcement placed the center at Catalyst137 in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. Mouser’s current Canadian contact page lists its office at 137 Glasgow Street, Unit 475 A, Kitchener, Ontario N2G 4X8. The global branches directory lists the same address.

What support does Mouser list for Canadian customers?
Mouser’s Canadian contact page currently directs customers to support for quotes, datasheets, product information, alternate parts, orders, returns, and other customer-service needs. The 2018 release said the local team would assist with orders, answer technical questions, and handle local and regional calls for Canadian engineers, buyers, and hardware innovators. The current service list does not show that every listed service began with the center’s opening.

What did Mouser say about the opening?
Mouser framed the Kitchener location as local support for Canada’s engineering and hardware community. In the 2018 release, Coby Kleinjan, then Mouser’s Vice President of Americas Customer Service and Sales, said the company saw its presence at Catalyst137 as a contribution to the area’s innovation, design, and manufacturing ecosystem.

Kleinjan also said customers could access products and technologies from more than 700 manufacturers. That was a company statement in 2018, not an independently audited or current catalog count. Catalyst137 co-founder Kurtis McBride, identified in the release as CEO of Miovision Technologies, welcomed Mouser’s presence at the complex.
