Specifications are not a controlled comparison of speed, battery life, display quality or camera output. The Razr specifications and dated India price listing are reported by Gadgets 360; iQOO’s official parameter page and product page provide the Neo 7 Pro details.
Which design and display suit you?
The Razr 40 folds in half, giving it a different pocket and carry experience from the Neo 7 Pro’s standard slab design. Its reported 1.50-inch cover display provides a small external screen, while the iQOO has a single 6.78-inch display and no cover screen. The sources do not establish which apps or cover-screen features are supported in current software, so check those details if they matter to your use.
On the listed main-display figures, the Razr’s inner screen is slightly larger and has a higher refresh rate: 6.90 inches at 144 Hz versus 6.78 inches at 120 Hz. Those numbers do not establish which panel looks better; the phones have different display designs and specifications alone cannot settle brightness, color, reflections or everyday viewing preference.

Which phone has better performance?
The Neo 7 Pro has the higher-tier listed processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, compared with the Razr 40’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 1. That makes the iQOO the stronger paper choice for demanding workloads, but the chipset comparison is not a measured speed gap and does not show how either phone performs in a particular game or app.
iQOO also publishes an AnTuTu result, but identifies it as a company laboratory test using a 12 GB/256 GB device and AnTuTu Benchmark V10.0.3. The company says results vary by memory edition and environment. It is not an independent head-to-head result against the Razr.
Battery capacity and charging
The Neo 7 Pro lists an equivalent 5000 mAh battery and 120 W wired FlashCharge. The Razr 40 lists a 4200 mAh battery and wireless charging support. These are capacity and charging specifications, not a comparative runtime or charge-time test; actual battery life and charging duration depend on usage and conditions.

Camera specifications: compare the setup, not megapixels
The Razr listing gives it a 64 MP and 13 MP rear-camera combination, plus a 32 MP front camera. iQOO lists a 50 MP main camera with OIS, an 8 MP camera and a 2 MP camera on the rear, along with a 16 MP front camera. The number of megapixels alone does not establish photo quality, and there is no controlled side-by-side camera test in the available evidence. Consider the camera roles and stabilization, but do not infer a winner from resolution figures.
Memory, storage and software support
Check the exact storage variant
iQOO lists the Neo 7 Pro in 8 GB RAM/128 GB storage and 12 GB RAM/256 GB storage configurations. The Razr 40 reporting is inconsistent: one specification listing gives 128 GB, while its price variants include 256 GB. Confirm the region and exact configuration on the retailer listing before comparing prices or buying.
Do not assume the launch software is current
The iQOO official page lists Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13; the Razr listing reports Android 13. Separately, 91mobiles reports two years of OS updates and three years of security updates for the Neo 7 Pro. The reviewed Razr listing does not provide a comparable update commitment. Check current manufacturer support and device-specific rollout status if software longevity is a deciding factor.

What is the price difference in India?
A dependable current price gap is not established by the available listings. Gadgets 360’s Razr 40 page, updated 3 October 2026, reports a starting price of ₹54,990; it also lists ₹54,990 for Vanilla Cream, ₹59,990 for Sage Green and ₹54,999 for Summer Lilac. Treat these as dated reported prices, not guaranteed checkout prices. The page’s storage reporting also varies, so match the variant before making a comparison.
The available iQOO Neo 7 Pro price information is not consistent or clearly matched to a current date, stock status and memory configuration. A precise amount by which one phone is cheaper would therefore be misleading. Compare live India retailer prices for the same date and appropriate storage variant, and keep bank offers or other discounts separate from the listed price. The Neo 7 Pro launch date is reported as 4 July 2023 by 91mobiles; the Razr 40 listing labels 1 June 2023 as its release date, which should not be mistaken for an official India sale date.

- Choose the Motorola Razr 40 if a folding clamshell design, a compact closed form and its external cover screen are your main reasons for buying. Confirm the storage variant and current support details before purchase.
- Choose the iQOO Neo 7 Pro if you prefer a conventional large-screen phone and prioritize the higher-tier listed chipset, larger stated battery capacity and 120 W wired charging.
