Choose the realme P4 Power for its much larger battery and bigger, faster-refreshing display; choose the Motorola Edge 70 for a dramatically thinner, lighter design and wireless charging. Their listed Amazon India prices were only ₹366 apart in a 2026 snapshot, so the practical trade-off is more important than that small, changeable price gap.

A 91mobiles comparison page displayed the Motorola Edge 70 at ₹31,770 and the realme P4 Power at ₹31,404, both listed at Amazon India. That snapshot puts the Edge 70 ₹366 higher. These are retailer listing prices, not guaranteed prices or confirmed manufacturer launch prices; the seller, stock, configuration, and offer can change. Check the exact RAM and storage tier, seller, warranty, and final checkout price before comparing.

Which phone has the better battery?
The realme P4 Power has the clear capacity advantage on paper: 10001mAh typical and 9750mAh rated, versus 5000mAh for the Edge 70. The capacity figures do not establish how many days either phone will last; actual runtime depends on factors such as display use, connectivity, apps, and settings, and there is no controlled, like-for-like runtime test here.
Charging has a different trade-off. realme lists up to 80W wired charging, while Motorola lists 68W wired charging plus 15W wireless charging. The maximum wired figures are manufacturer claims, not a guarantee of charging time with every adapter or setup. realme notes that box contents may vary by market, and charger compatibility can affect results.

Which display is better?
The realme gives you the larger panel and higher maximum refresh rate: about 6.8 inches and up to 144Hz, compared with Motorola’s 6.67 inches and up to 120Hz. That can make the realme a more appealing specification choice for people who value screen size and smooth scrolling.

Motorola lists a higher pixel resolution, 2712×1220, while realme lists 1280×2800. The manufacturers also describe brightness differently: Motorola claims up to 4500 nits peak brightness; realme lists separate normal, HBM, and APL figures. Those modes are not directly comparable without matching measurement conditions, and the specifications alone do not prove which screen looks better in person.

How do the cameras compare?
Both phones list a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). Motorola specifies a 50MP ultrawide with autofocus and a macro function, against realme’s 8MP ultrawide. Motorola also lists a 50MP front camera, while realme lists 16MP. These differences describe hardware, not photo quality: megapixel counts do not establish detail, color, low-light performance, or video results. A reliable image-quality verdict would require comparable samples from both phones.

The Edge 70 is the portability choice. Motorola lists it at 159g and 5.99mm thick; realme lists the P4 Power at about 219g and 9.08mm. By those figures, the P4 Power is about 60g heavier and 3.09mm thicker. That is a substantial physical trade-off for a phone whose battery capacity is roughly double on paper.

Which should you buy?
Choose the realme P4 Power if
- You want the largest listed battery capacity and are willing to carry a heavier, thicker phone.
- You prefer a larger display with a higher maximum refresh rate.
- You want a choice of listed memory and storage configurations, including 128GB storage.
Choose the Motorola Edge 70 if
- A thin, light handset matters more to you than maximum battery capacity.
- You want wireless charging, which Motorola lists at 15W.
- You value the higher-resolution ultrawide and front-camera specifications, while recognizing that resolution alone does not predict photo quality.
- You want the manufacturer-listed 256GB storage configuration.
The listed Amazon India prices were close enough that price alone does not settle the choice. Before purchase, verify the local model identifier, supported network bands, available configuration, warranty and service terms. The cited Motorola page is for the US and warns that specifications may vary by market; realme’s cited page is for India. Neither specification page establishes comparable software-update durations, so check the applicable regional update commitments rather than inferring longevity from the listed Android version or interface.
