The Edge 70 Fusion has the higher-resolution 2772 × 1272 display, a refresh rate up to 144Hz, and HDR10+. The G77 Power has a 120Hz Full HD+ LCD. On specifications, the Edge offers the more detailed, faster-refreshing screen. Motorola lists up to 5200 nits peak brightness for the Edge and up to 1050 nits in the G77’s Water Touch High Brightness Mode; those descriptions do not establish an apples-to-apples brightness result.

Performance: Edge 70 Fusion on paper
The Edge’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 is positioned above the G77 Power’s Dimensity 6400 in this pair, making it the better bet for performance headroom. No verified benchmark or controlled speed comparison is available here, so a real-world speed ratio would be misleading.
Which phone has the better cameras?
The Edge 70 Fusion has a listed 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 main camera with OIS, while the G77 Power lists a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 main camera without OIS stated in the cited specification. OIS can help stabilize camera movement, particularly in challenging shooting situations, but these specifications alone do not prove which phone takes better photos.

The Edge also lists a higher-resolution 13MP ultrawide camera versus the G77’s 8MP ultrawide; both have a 120-degree field of view. The G77’s listed front camera is 32MP. Megapixel counts do not by themselves determine image quality.

Choose G77 Power for stated battery capacity and expansion
Motorola lists the G77 Power at 7000mAh (rated 6790mAh), with 30W wired charging and 6W wired reverse charging. The cited India specification page does not state the Edge 70 Fusion’s battery capacity, so there is no sound basis here to compare capacity or predict which lasts longer. If battery size is the deciding factor, the G77 is the one with a verified listed capacity.

Choose Edge 70 Fusion for faster charging and connectivity

India price difference: why listings disagree
Prices below are snapshots accessed on October 4, 2026, not guaranteed current prices. Motorola India’s shop search result showed the Edge 70 Fusion at ₹30,999 (MRP ₹42,999) and the G77 Power at ₹22,249 (MRP ₹41,999), a displayed offer-price difference of ₹8,750. The result included multiple RAM/storage choices, so those prices should not be assumed to apply to every configuration.
On the same access date, 91mobiles displayed ₹30,999 for the Edge and ₹25,118 for the G77, a difference of ₹5,881. The conflicting G77 figures make it especially important to check the live price for the exact SKU, seller, and offer. These are India-specific listings, not global recommended prices.
Which one should you buy?
