The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion is the stronger on-paper choice for display, battery capacity, charging speed and camera versatility; the Infinix Hot 70 Pro 5G+ offers a lower observed India listing price. On 91mobiles, accessed October 4, 2026, the Motorola was listed at ₹29,470 on Amazon India and the Infinix at ₹24,999 on Flipkart India—a ₹4,471 difference. These are changing retailer prices from different stores, not official prices or a controlled same-retailer comparison.

There is an important model caveat: Infinix’s regional product page calls its phone the HOT 70 Pro 5G+, while the comparison page says Hot 70 Pro 5G. Motorola also lists different configurations by market. Check the exact local model and storage tier before buying.

Ratings also do not mean a phone cannot be damaged; Infinix notes that damage, wear or disassembly can affect water resistance and warranty coverage.

Which phone is better?

For the hardware described on these pages, the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion is the more compelling option if you prioritize a higher-resolution AMOLED screen, a larger stated battery, faster rated charging, or an ultrawide rear camera. The Infinix is a reasonable alternative if the lower local price matters more and its LCD screen and simpler listed camera setup meet your needs.

Neither processor can be called the real-world speed winner from these specifications alone. The phones use different platforms, and the available material does not provide comparable independent performance tests. Likewise, megapixel counts do not establish which camera takes better photos, and battery capacity alone does not establish which lasts longer in everyday use.

Which has the better display and battery?

Display

The Motorola listing specifies an AMOLED panel with 2772 × 1272 resolution, while Infinix lists an LCD at 1080 × 2344. Both list refresh rates up to 144Hz. On the published panel type and resolution, Motorola has the advantage; the stated peak and typical brightness numbers should not be treated as directly comparable measurements.

Battery and charging

Motorola lists 7,000mAh and 68W charging, against Infinix’s 6,000mAh, 45W charging and up to 10W reverse charging. Those are rated specifications, not like-for-like endurance or charging-time results. Actual battery life depends on configuration, network conditions, settings and usage.

How do the cameras compare?

Motorola lists a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization and a separate 13MP ultrawide. Infinix lists a 50MP main camera. Motorola’s listed setup gives you more stated shooting flexibility, particularly for wider scenes, but the specifications do not establish image quality. The front-camera figures are 32MP for Motorola and 8MP for Infinix; resolution alone does not prove which produces better selfies.

Are the Infinix HOT 70 Pro 5G+ and Hot 70 Pro 5G the same phone?

The names differ across the cited sources: Infinix’s regional product page uses HOT 70 Pro 5G+, while 91mobiles labels its listing Hot 70 Pro 5G. Infinix Global’s news index lists a July 16, 2026 announcement for HOT 70 Pro 5G. The available naming information does not establish that every listing with either name is the same SKU. Confirm the model number and local specification sheet with the seller or manufacturer before ordering.

Why the exact market variant matters

Motorola explicitly says specifications can vary by market. Its India page lists the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 and 8GB/12GB RAM choices, while its Japan store lists a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 configuration with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Japan page shows ¥79,800, a Japan-specific price that should not be compared directly with India retailer offers. See the Motorola Japan store listing.

For a fair purchase decision, compare the exact local SKU and the same storage tier. Also check network-band compatibility, local warranty and included accessories. Motorola’s India specifications list a 68W charger in the box; Infinix’s regional page does not establish what is included in the buyer’s local package. The cited pages identify Android 16 for both, but do not establish an update commitment, so check the local support policy rather than assuming equal software longevity.

Who should choose each phone?

Choose the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion if

  • You want the AMOLED panel and higher listed resolution.
  • You value the larger stated battery and higher wired charging rating.
  • You want a listed OIS main camera and a separate ultrawide camera.
  • The higher current local price is acceptable for those specification advantages.

Consider the Infinix HOT 70 Pro 5G+ if

  • Your local price is meaningfully lower for the exact same RAM and storage tier.
  • You are comfortable with the LCD display and the listed single 50MP rear camera.
  • Reverse charging is useful to you.
  • You have verified the device’s exact regional name, SKU, network compatibility and warranty.
