The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion has the larger listed battery, faster wired charging and higher-refresh, higher-resolution display in the specifications available here; the Galaxy S26 FE offers a different storage range and a reported launch-price schedule across several markets. Those figures do not establish which phone lasts longer, charges faster in practice or costs less today. Motorola’s detailed figures are for India, while the S26 FE details below come from TechRadar’s published specifications and launch-price reporting, so compare local versions and current prices before choosing.

How the regional comparison works

The Motorola figures below are from Motorola Support India, which cautions that specifications can vary by market. They should not be treated as guaranteed specifications for every country. The Galaxy S26 FE specifications and launch prices are reported by TechRadar; they are not a same-market, independently verified comparison with Motorola. Check the exact regional model and storage configuration offered where you plan to buy.

Battery capacity and charging: larger numbers, not a runtime verdict

Motorola’s India page lists a 7000mAh battery and 68W TurboPower charging; TechRadar lists 4900mAh and 45W wired charging for the Galaxy S26 FE. These are specification figures, not comparable test results. Battery life also depends on factors such as display settings, network conditions, software and workload, while charging time depends on more than the rated wattage. The figures alone cannot show which phone will last longer per charge or reach a full charge sooner.

Display and performance differences

Display

Motorola’s India specification is a 6.8-inch Extreme AMOLED panel with up to 144Hz refresh and 2772 × 1272 resolution. TechRadar gives the S26 FE a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel. Motorola’s listed display is larger and has a higher stated maximum refresh rate and resolution, but that comparison applies to these reported regional specifications; it does not establish display quality in use.

Processor, memory and storage

The India-listed Edge 70 Fusion uses a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 and is offered in 8GB or 12GB RAM with 128GB or 256GB storage. TechRadar reports the S26 FE with an Exynos 2500, 8GB RAM and 128GB, 256GB or 512GB storage. The S26 FE’s reported storage range includes a 512GB option that is absent from Motorola’s cited India page. Chipset names and RAM figures alone are not a reliable substitute for comparable performance testing.

The cited material does not establish a current price for both phones in the same country and at the same storage tier. A reliable price-difference calculation needs live local offers for equivalent storage, checked close together in time. Compare the final price and confirm seller, warranty and regional model; the reported Samsung launch prices cannot by themselves establish which phone is cheaper now.

Camera, software support and durability: verify the local model

The specifications available for this comparison do not provide a matched camera-hardware breakdown, a verified software-support commitment for both phones, or comparable water- and dust-resistance ratings. Avoid choosing on those grounds based on this comparison alone. For the precise regional variants you are considering, consult the manufacturer’s product or support information for camera configuration, update policy and protection rating.

Which phone should you shortlist?

  • Consider the Edge 70 Fusion if its India-listed configuration is the one sold in your market and you prioritize the larger stated battery capacity, higher rated wired-charging wattage, or the listed 144Hz, 2772 × 1272 display.
  • Consider the Galaxy S26 FE if you want the reported 512GB storage option in a market where it is sold, or if its local price and regional features better fit your needs.
  • Before buying either, verify the exact regional configuration and compare same-country, same-storage live prices. The available figures are not a current, like-for-like price comparison.
