Which phone has better battery life and charging?

Xiaomi lists a 7,540mAh typical battery for the REDMI Turbo 5, compared with Motorola’s listed 6,000mAh for the Edge 60 Pro. That gives the Turbo 5 the larger stated capacity, but it does not prove longer battery life: screen use, software, signal conditions, and other factors affect runtime. Xiaomi notes that its measurements are laboratory data and that results may vary with measurement methods and production differences.

How do the cameras and displays compare?

The cited Motorola regional specification includes a telephoto camera alongside main and ultrawide cameras. Xiaomi India specifies a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with optical image stabilization and an 8MP ultrawide. If optical zoom is important, confirm that the Edge 60 Pro variant available to you includes the telephoto camera. These specifications do not establish which phone takes better photos or video; compare real samples from the exact regional versions.

The Edge 60 Pro has a listed 6.7-inch pOLED display, while Xiaomi lists a 6.59-inch AMOLED display for the Turbo 5. Both are specified at 120Hz, and their listed resolutions are 2712 × 1220 and 2756 × 1268 respectively. The Motorola screen is larger by stated diagonal; the figures alone do not determine which display looks better.

Which phone is lighter and more durable?

Motorola lists the Edge 60 Pro at 186g, while Xiaomi lists the India Turbo 5 at 204g. That makes the cited Edge listing 18g lighter, a useful distinction if carrying weight matters. The models also have different listed dimensions, so consider width and height as well as weight when assessing one-handed comfort.

Motorola’s cited US page lists IP68/IP69 and MIL-STD-810H; Xiaomi India lists IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K. These labels describe different protection or testing claims and are not a simple ranking. Check the terms and limitations for the exact model and market rather than assuming any rating means a phone is damage-proof.

Software and regional availability

Motorola’s cited US specifications list Android 16, three OS upgrades, and four years of security maintenance. Xiaomi India’s page lists HyperOS 3 but does not state an equivalent support duration. The available information therefore does not show which phone will receive updates for longer. Confirm the software version and support commitment for your sales region before buying.

The REDMI Turbo 5 information cited here is specific to Xiaomi India. Its name, network bands, warranty, stock, and software support may not match offerings in another country. Check local availability and compatibility before importing or purchasing from a third-party seller.

What is the price difference?

Xiaomi India’s store listing showed the REDMI Turbo 5 from ₹41,999, with ₹54,999 shown as its marketing price. A 91mobiles comparison listing showed ₹30,190 for the Edge 60 Pro and ₹41,999 for the Turbo 5. Subtracting those displayed figures gives ₹11,809, with the Edge listed lower, but this is not a verified live, like-for-like price gap: the figures come from different listings, and matched RAM/storage, retailer terms, and current availability are not established. Check both phones at local sellers using the same configuration before deciding on price.

Which phone should you choose?

  • Choose the REDMI Turbo 5 if you prioritize its larger stated battery, higher listed wired-charging rate, wired reverse charging, or the Dimensity 8500-Ultra designation—and can confirm local stock, warranty, network compatibility, and software support.
  • Choose the Motorola Edge 60 Pro if you prioritize the lighter listed body, wireless charging, or the telephoto camera on the relevant regional version.
  • Compare both at checkout if price is decisive. The cited figures do not establish a current price winner for matching configurations.
