The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is the better fit if you want a sharper P-OLED screen, an ultrawide rear camera and the higher-tier listed chipset. The realme P4R prioritizes a larger 144Hz display and a much higher stated battery capacity. Neither is the automatic winner: choose according to which tradeoff matters more, and compare prices only for matching RAM and storage configurations.

The Edge 60 Fusion’s 6.67-inch P-OLED has the higher listed resolution: 1220 × 2712, compared with 720 × 1570 on the P4R. That gives Motorola the specification advantage for detail and panel technology. The P4R’s display is slightly larger at 6.8 inches and has a higher stated refresh rate, 144Hz versus 120Hz.

Refresh rate is only one part of the screen experience. These figures do not establish which phone looks better in person, and the higher refresh-rate number does not offset the P4R’s lower resolution on paper. Prefer the Motorola if sharpness and OLED matter most; consider realme if screen size and its listed refresh rate are your priorities.
Cameras: Motorola offers more framing options on paper
The comparison lists a 50MP main and 13MP ultrawide rear camera for the Edge 60 Fusion. For the P4R, it lists a 50MP main camera and does not list an ultrawide. Motorola therefore offers an additional stated lens for wider framing. It also lists a 32MP front camera for Motorola and 8MP for realme.

Megapixel counts and the number of lenses do not prove that one phone takes better photos. The available specifications do not establish image quality, low-light results, video performance or consistency, so treat this as a hardware-flexibility comparison rather than a camera-quality verdict.
Battery and charging: capacity favors realme, wattage favors Motorola
realme lists an 8000mAh battery and 45W charging for the P4R; the comparison lists 5500mAh and 68W for the Edge 60 Fusion. The P4R has substantially greater stated capacity, while Motorola has the higher charging-wattage figure. Capacity alone does not determine real-world runtime: software, brightness and refresh-rate settings, mobile signal and workload all affect how long a charge lasts. Charging wattage alone also does not establish actual charging time.

realme’s product page includes battery-life and smoothness figures attributed to realme Lab; those are manufacturer claims, and realme notes that actual results may vary. They should not be read as an independent, like-for-like test against Motorola.
Performance: the listed chipset favors Motorola
The comparison lists a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 in the Edge 60 Fusion and a Dimensity 6300 in the P4R, placing Motorola ahead by the processor tier named in the comparison. 91mobiles also reports benchmark results favoring Motorola, but those are secondary-source results, not an independent test conducted for this article. They do not establish how either phone performs in every game, app or sustained workload.

Price difference: compare like-for-like Indian listings
realme India’s newsroom index gives the P4R a starting price of INR 16,999. That is a launch starting price, not a guarantee of the current selling price. 91mobiles’ comparison has displayed Amazon snapshots such as ₹20,900 for the Motorola and ₹19,790 for the P4R, but retailer prices can change and may refer to particular variants or offers. These figures are not a reliable current price gap.
Before buying, check the live Indian retailer listings and match RAM and storage on both phones. Compare the checkout price after any offer or exchange discount, rather than comparing a launch starting price for one model with a retailer snapshot for the other.
Quick Recap
Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion if the higher-resolution P-OLED, listed ultrawide camera, Dimensity 7400 or clearly stated update commitment best match your priorities.
- Choose the realme P4R if its larger stated battery capacity, 6.8-inch screen or higher listed refresh rate matter more to you.
- Compare current listings before deciding on value. The available prices are not a matched, guaranteed-current comparison; verify the exact configuration and offer for each phone.
