The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is the lower-priced option in the cited India comparison and has manufacturer-listed 5,200mAh battery capacity, 68W charging and IP68/IP69 claims. The Nothing Phone (4a) has a listed dedicated periscope telephoto camera, a useful distinction if zoom framing matters to you. Neither specification sheet establishes which phone is faster, lasts longer in real use or takes better photos.
At a glance: what separates these phones?
| Feature | Motorola Edge 60 Fusion | Nothing Phone (4a) | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|
| Display | 6.7-inch pOLED, Super HD (1220p), according to Motorola’s regional product page. | 6.78-inch, 1224 × 2720, 120Hz, according to the India comparison listing. | Both are listed with high-resolution, high-refresh displays. Specs alone cannot establish which looks better. |
| Rear cameras | 50MP main and 13MP ultrawide in the comparison listing. | 50MP main, 50MP periscope telephoto with 3.5x optical zoom, and 8MP ultrawide in the comparison listing. | The Nothing listing includes a dedicated telephoto camera; this indicates more zoom options, not better overall photo quality. |
| Battery and charging | 5,200mAh battery and 68W TurboPower charging, per Motorola’s product page. | Not stated on the accessed official store page. | Motorola publishes concrete capacity and charging figures here; capacity alone does not establish runtime. |
| Durability | Motorola’s product page claims IP68/IP69; its support page lists IP68. | No corresponding IP rating was verified from the official page. | The available evidence supports a claim for Motorola, but not a direct rating comparison. |
| Software shown | Android 15 on Motorola’s regional product page. | Android 16 on the India comparison listing. | Listings may reflect different markets or timing. Confirm the software version and update policy for the exact model sold where you live. |
| India price snapshot | ₹28,990 for the 12GB/256GB comparison entry. | ₹35,799 in the same comparison. | In that snapshot, Nothing is ₹6,809 more expensive. |
How the camera specifications differ
Nothing Phone (4a): a dedicated zoom camera
The India comparison lists a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom, alongside a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultrawide. That dedicated telephoto lens is the clearest listed hardware advantage for photographing more distant subjects without relying only on digital cropping. Nothing’s Mexico store also promotes “up to 70x” ultra zoom, but that headline should not be read as a promise of optical-quality results at 70x.
Motorola Edge 60 Fusion: main and ultrawide cameras
The comparison listing gives the Edge 60 Fusion a 50MP main camera and a 13MP ultrawide. The opened Motorola support extract does not fully enumerate its camera hardware. The available figures do not show that either phone produces better photos: sensor counts and zoom labels are not substitutes for comparable camera testing.
Display, durability and battery: what the published numbers tell you
Display
Motorola lists a 6.7-inch pOLED panel with 1220p resolution. The India comparison gives the Phone (4a) a 6.78-inch display at 1224 × 2720 resolution and 120Hz. These are close in size and resolution on paper; the available specifications do not establish differences in brightness, color accuracy or visibility outdoors.

Durability
Motorola’s product page claims IP68/IP69 protection and military-standard testing; its support listing specifies IP68. Motorola Support cautions, “Certain specifications may vary by market.” Check the exact regional model and its documentation rather than assuming every Edge 60 Fusion has identical specifications. The official Nothing material consulted here did not establish an IP rating for Phone (4a), so that is unknown from these sources—not proof that the phone has no protection.
Battery and charging
Motorola publishes a 5,200mAh capacity and 68W TurboPower charging figure. The official Nothing store extract consulted does not state Phone (4a)’s battery capacity or charging rate. These figures make Motorola’s published charging and capacity easier to assess, but they do not establish which handset lasts longer between charges or how quickly each charges in typical use.
