Moonspin.us lists 14 states where its sweepstakes are unavailable: Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Georgia, Connecticut, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, California, Tennessee, and Washington. Its rules describe eligibility for qualifying residents who are physically located in other U.S. states, subject to age and other requirements. This is Moonspin.us’s own eligibility policy, not a legal determination that every form of play is lawful in every state.
States Moonspin.us excludes
Moonspin.us’s Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Rules identify these excluded states:
- California
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Georgia
- Idaho
- Louisiana
- Michigan
- Montana
- Nebraska
- Nevada
- New Jersey
- New York
- North Dakota
- Tennessee
- Washington
The list reflects the operator’s posted rules. It does not establish that participation is lawful in every state not named. Moonspin’s rules say participation is void where prohibited and make participants responsible for determining whether their participation complies with applicable law. See the Moonspin.us Terms and Conditions and official Sweepstakes Rules for the current terms.

Who may participate in an eligible state?
Being outside the excluded-state list is not the only condition. The Sweepstakes Rules require participants to be legal residents of an eligible state and physically located in an eligible state when participating. Participants must also be at least 18 or meet the higher age of majority applicable in their jurisdiction, and comply with the remaining rules.

What the rules say about play and prizes
Moonspin.us distinguishes Standard Play, which uses Gold Coins, from Promotional Play, which uses Sweep Coins. The Terms say Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for prizes. Sweep Coins are used for promotional play and may be redeemed for prizes under the Sweepstakes Rules; the Terms also state that Sweep Coins cannot be purchased. These mechanics do not change the excluded-state list or replace the requirement to check local law.
