Yes—according to an October 8, 2026 report, squads in Modern Warfare 4’s DMZ can spend in-game DMZ Cash to deploy in vehicles instead of taking a free on-foot spawn. The reported options range from 5,000 DMZ Cash for a tactical off-roader to 100,000 for an aircraft. Those vehicles may provide a mobility or protection advantage, but the aircraft’s identity and the actual effect on match balance have not been confirmed.
What DMZ infil options does the report describe?
Wukeer’s October 8, 2026 report lists five ways to enter a DMZ match. The figures below are reported in-game DMZ Cash costs, not real-money prices.
| Reported cost | Infil option | Reported unlock requirement | What is established |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Spawn on foot at a random point | None stated | The report describes this as the no-cost option. |
| 5,000 DMZ Cash | Polaris Dagor A1 tactical off-road vehicle | None stated | The vehicle and cost are reported by Wukeer. |
| 25,000 DMZ Cash | Light Tactical Vehicle (LTV) | A separate story mission, according to Wukeer | Mission details are not stated in the report. |
| 50,000 DMZ Cash | Helicopter | A separate story mission, according to Wukeer | Mission details are not stated in the report. |
| 100,000 DMZ Cash | Aircraft | None stated | The specific aircraft and its deployment behavior are unconfirmed. |
These tier details come from Wukeer’s October 8, 2026 report, rather than the official launch announcement. The report says the LTV and helicopter each have their own story-mission gate; it does not provide mission names or explain how to complete them.

Could vehicle spawns give players with more DMZ Cash an advantage?
Potentially. A vehicle could help a squad cover ground faster, reach objectives sooner, or gain protection from its armor. A helicopter could add aerial mobility. These are plausible advantages based on the reported vehicle types, not demonstrated match outcomes: no tested gameplay or balance data establishes how large the effect would be, or whether vehicles carry meaningful trade-offs.

The free option is a random on-foot spawn, while the paid-in-DMZ-Cash options begin with a specific vehicle. That difference makes fairness a reasonable question, but it is too early to conclude that the system creates an enormous advantage. The report does not establish how players earn DMZ Cash, whether the costs are recurring, or whether vehicle spawns can be countered or restricted during a match. It also does not indicate that these are real-money purchases, so the reported costs alone do not establish pay-to-win monetization.
What is still uncertain about the 100,000-cash aircraft?
Wukeer relays a leaker’s suggestion that the aircraft is an AC-130, but also notes that it could instead be a transport plane. Neither identity is confirmed by the official material available for the announcement. The report’s idea that selecting the aircraft could let a squad choose a precise spawn point is likewise speculation, not an established feature.

Until the developer confirms the aircraft and its deployment rules, the 100,000 DMZ Cash tier should be understood only as a reported aircraft option—not proof of a gunship, a selectable spawn location, or a particular combat capability.
When is Modern Warfare 4 and DMZ expected to launch?
