Metaview announced a $60 million Series C led by Insight Partners on September 30, 2026, saying the financing brings its total funding to $110 million. The recruiting-software company plans to expand beyond interview capture with agents for candidate sourcing, application review, screening, and outreach. These are Metaview’s descriptions of its product and plans, not independently verified performance claims.
What Metaview announced
Metaview said GV, Intrepid Growth Partners, Seedcamp, Vertex Ventures US, Plural, and Garuda Ventures also participated in the round. The company says it will use the funding to expand its recruiting platform and team, add agents including a dedicated screening agent, grow its offices, and support its 10x Recruiting community and training program. Those are announced plans, not completed outcomes. Metaview’s September 30 announcement also describes recruiting as an $800 billion industry, but does not identify the figure’s underlying source.
What the AI agents are meant to do
Metaview presents its platform as covering several stages of recruiting: sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, screening, capturing interview notes, and producing reports. Its product pages describe agents as working from role requirements or intake context, with outputs that can sync to an applicant tracking system (ATS).

Metaview describes fillmore as an outbound recruiting coworker that finds candidates, personalizes outreach, follows up, and books screening calls. The company calls it “our autonomous recruiting coworker”; that is product positioning, not an independent evaluation of how well it performs.

Application review and screening
The company says its broader platform includes application review against role criteria and structured screening conversations. Its funding announcement says a dedicated screening agent is among the planned additions. The available product descriptions do not establish how these features perform across different roles or hiring teams.
Interview notes and reports
Metaview’s platform also includes interview capture and notes, plus reports intended to give hiring teams information from interviews. These capabilities extend the company’s original interview-intelligence focus into a wider recruiting workflow.

How a team might use the workflow
Metaview’s about page describes a process in which a team connects its work email, ATS, and calendar, briefs agents on a role or supplies intake context, and reviews outputs that sync to the ATS. The homepage lists integrations with ATS and customer relationship management products including Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Gem, and SmartRecruiters. Integration availability and data flows are product details buyers should confirm for their own setup.

Metaview says fillmore helped with a recent hire by sourcing, researching, and contacting 52 candidates, booking five screens, and taking the hire from initial sourcing to a signed offer in 30 days. This is a company-reported example. One case does not establish typical results or prove that the agent caused the hiring timeline.

Market statistics need context
Metaview’s announcement cites a 412% increase in applications per recruiter, an average time to fill of nearly 45 days, and a claim that 50% of hiring decisions are later regretted. The announcement does not provide the underlying datasets or methodology for these figures, so they should be read as company-reported claims rather than independently established benchmarks.
Pricing and questions for prospective buyers
Metaview’s about page says its products are free to start, paid plans start at $60 per user per month, and enterprise plans are custom. Pricing can change, so prospective customers should confirm current terms directly with the company.
Before adopting any AI recruiting tool, buyers can assess:
- Which hiring stages the software automates and which remain under human control.
- How hiring teams review, correct, or override agent outputs.
- What candidate notices and accommodation processes are available.
- Which ATS, CRM, email, and calendar integrations are supported, and what data moves between them.
- What evidence supports claimed time savings and candidate outcomes, beyond individual examples.
- How pricing changes with users, volume, features, or enterprise requirements.
New York City compliance context
In New York City, Local Law 144 restricts covered employers and employment agencies from using an automated employment decision tool (AEDT) unless it has undergone a bias audit within the preceding year, information about the audit is publicly available, and required notices have been provided. The city describes AEDTs as computer-based tools using machine learning, statistical modeling, data analytics, or AI to screen candidates or assess employees. Whether a particular Metaview feature and use is covered depends on the facts and applicable rules; the available sources do not establish that classification. See the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection’s AEDT information and its public notice information. This is limited NYC context, not a complete compliance analysis.
