Metallica and adidas have announced a merchandise capsule tied to the band’s Life Burns Faster residency at Sphere in Las Vegas. The announcement confirms the collaboration, but does not provide a full product list, prices, or availability. An adidas US catalog result shows a Metallica-branded Originals ringer T-shirt; the available information does not confirm that it belongs to the Sphere capsule.
What Metallica and adidas announced
Metallica’s official news page, dated September 29, 2026, states: “Metallica and adidas have announced a new merch capsule for the band’s ‘Life Burns Faster’ residency at Las Vegas’ Sphere.” Read the announcement on Metallica’s official news page.
The announcement is brief and links to a Consequence report. It establishes that a capsule is tied to the residency, but the page itself does not detail its designs, garments, pricing, sizes, release timing, or where the full range can be bought.
What is known about the adidas Metallica T-shirt
An adidas US collaboration-catalog result surfaced an item named “ADIDAS ORIGINALS X METALLICA MENS RINGER TEE.” That supports identifying a Metallica-branded adidas Originals ringer tee, but not identifying it as part of the Sphere capsule. The reviewed catalog result also does not establish whether the shirt is currently in stock.

Check the live adidas US Metallica search results for current product details. Match the product name and imagery against any capsule announcement before treating it as Sphere merchandise; the listing alone does not establish capsule affiliation or exclusive-seller status.
Do not confuse the capsule with other Metallica merchandise
Metallica’s shop archive includes physical items such as tour T-shirts and mugs, but those listings are separate evidence and do not establish the adidas capsule’s lineup, price, or availability. Browse the Metallica store for the band’s own merchandise, and verify the seller and item description for any product you intend to buy.

Residency travel packages are another separate offering. Metallica’s official FAQ says packages include tickets to Thursday and Saturday shows, a three-night stay at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas or Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, a limited-edition merchandise item, a collectible laminate and lanyard, and on-site concierge service. Where to verify products and show dates
For product decisions, rely on a live product listing that identifies the item, seller, price, size options, and availability. The announcement and catalog result do not establish capsule inventory, shipping territory, or current stock. For residency dates, consult Metallica’s live tour schedule; its FAQ lists dates from October 2026 through March 2027 and directs readers there for current information. As of the schedule information reviewed, October 1 and 3, 2026 were the opening dates, but schedules can change.
