The MediaTek Dimensity 7300X combines four Arm Cortex-A78 CPU cores running at up to 2.5GHz with four Cortex-A55 cores, an Arm Mali-G615 GPU and a 4nm-class process. In Tom’s Guide’s 2025 review, a Motorola Razr (2024) using the chip scored 1,055 in single-core Geekbench, 2,999 in multi-core Geekbench and 19 FPS in 3DMark Wild Life Unlimited. Those are results for one phone under one publisher’s test conditions—not a universal score for every Dimensity 7300X device.
Dimensity 7300X specifications
MediaTek describes the Dimensity 7300X as a 4nm-class platform. Its specification page lists the following capabilities; actual features and performance depend on how a phone maker implements the platform.
| Component | MediaTek-listed specification |
|---|---|
| CPU | Four Arm Cortex-A78 cores up to 2.5GHz and four Arm Cortex-A55 cores |
| GPU | Arm Mali-G615 |
| AI processing | MediaTek NPU 655 |
| Imaging | Imagiq 950; 12-bit HDR-ISP, support for a primary camera up to 200MP and 4K HDR video capture |
| Display | MiraVision 955; support for WFHD+ at 120Hz or Full HD+ at 144Hz |
| Memory and storage | LPDDR4x or LPDDR5 memory; UFS 3.1 storage |
| Wireless and cellular | Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4 and a 3GPP Release 16 5G modem with 3CC carrier aggregation |
These specifications describe what the platform supports, not a guarantee that every phone includes each feature. The phone manufacturer chooses components and configures the device.
Dimensity 7300X benchmark results
Tom’s Guide’s 2025 Motorola Razr (2025) review reports benchmark results for the earlier Motorola Razr (2024), identifying its chipset as the Dimensity 7300X. The comparison table gives these figures for that handset:
#1 Best Overall
- PROFESSIONAL THERMAL VISION | The 512x384 thermal camera combines smooth 25fps imaging with 40mK thermal sensitivity to reveal subtle heat differences during electrical checks, HVAC diagnostics, engine inspections, building maintenance and repairs. With dual temperature ranges reaching up to 550°C, G3 Pro puts a serious thermal tool directly in your phone for troubleshooting and field work
- T-MOBILE CONNECTIVITY | Designed for compatible T-Mobile service in the U.S., G3 Pro android phone supports 5G where available, 4G LTE, Dual Nano SIM and Dual Standby for flexible work, personal and travel use. Fast mobile data keeps navigation, cloud files, video calls and field apps moving, while NFC and multi-satellite positioning add useful support for payments and navigation
- FAST PERFORMANCE, SERIOUS STORAGE | The 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300 pairs 12GB physical RAM with up to 12GB memory expansion for responsive multitasking across maps, reports, streaming and everyday apps. 512GB built-in storage plus up to 1TB expandable space gives you room for thermal records, photos, video and offline files, while the 6.72" FHD+ 120Hz display keeps scrolling and navigation fluid
- 10000MAH POWER, FLEXIBLE CHARGING – Built for long shifts, road trips, navigation and extended days away from a charger, the 10000mAh battery delivers serious endurance while the approximately 375g body keeps G3 Pro more manageable than many extreme-battery rugged phones. Recharge with 33W USB-C PD, use 18W wireless charging, or share power through reverse charging with compatible devices
- BUILT TOUGH, LOUD AND READY OUTSIDE | IP68/IP69K protection and MIL-STD-810H durability help G3 Pro handle rain, dust, mud, drops and demanding jobsite conditions, while the powerful 116dB speaker keeps calls, alerts and navigation easier to hear in noisy surroundings. A built-in camping light, 64MP Sony main camera, 50MP front camera, OTG and 3.5mm audio add practical tools for inspections, night tasks, work records and outdoor use
| Test | Motorola Razr (2024) result |
|---|---|
| Geekbench single-core | 1,055 |
| Geekbench multi-core | 2,999 |
| 3DMark Wild Life Unlimited | 19 FPS |
| Adobe Premiere Rush video transcode | 0:54 |
All four results are whole-phone measurements reported by Tom’s Guide for the Razr (2024); the Premiere Rush result in particular is not a chip-only test. A phone benchmark reflects more than its processor: memory, software, cooling, power limits and test conditions can affect the result. The figures should therefore be used as a concrete reference point, not as a score any phone with this chip will necessarily match.
How to compare results fairly
When comparing Dimensity 7300X phones or nearby chipsets, check that the results use the same benchmark and version, and distinguish CPU single-core, CPU multi-core and graphics workloads. Also compare the phone model and memory configuration, and look for sustained performance or power measurements made under the same conditions. A benchmark score alone does not establish that one chip is broadly faster or that a phone will feel better in every task.
The available published results here cover one phone, not a controlled multi-device or multi-lab range for the Dimensity 7300X. No broader ranking follows from this single set of handset scores.

What MediaTek’s performance claims mean
MediaTek advertises “20% faster FPS,” “20% better energy efficiency” and a “2X performance upgrade” for the NPU. These are the company’s claims. The available product-page text does not establish the full comparison baselines or provide independent confirmation, so they should not be read as verified benchmark outcomes for every Dimensity 7300X phone.

Motorola Razr (2024)
The Razr (2024) is the device behind the cited Tom’s Guide benchmark figures. Motorola’s US specifications list an 8GB LPDDR4X memory configuration, 256GB storage and a 4,200mAh non-removable battery, alongside 6.9-inch main and 3.6-inch external displays. These are handset specifications, not attributes built into the Dimensity 7300X.
Motorola razr 50
Motorola also lists the Dimensity 7300X in the razr 50 specifications. That identifies another phone model using the platform, but it does not establish that the razr 50 will produce the Razr (2024)’s benchmark results.
