McLuck.com is operated by B-Two Operations Limited, an Isle of Man company registered as 021483V, according to McLuck’s Terms of Service dated July 15, 2026. The available official disclosures identify the operator, but do not name B-Two’s shareholders or ultimate beneficial owner. B2 Services OÜ is listed separately as a payment services agent, not as the site operator.

Who operates McLuck.com?

McLuck’s Terms of Service identify B-Two Operations Limited as the company and sponsor responsible for the service. The agreement covers access to McLuck.com and related applications, customer accounts, social games, promotions, contests, and transactions. It gives the company registration number as 021483V and its registered office as Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, IM1 1AP, Isle of Man. McLuck’s Terms of Service are version 2.6 and dated July 15, 2026.

McLuck’s official FAQ, last modified September 21, 2026, also names B-Two Operations Limited as the operator. The FAQ distinguishes that role from the payment agent and advises checking the current terms and site footer if company details appear inconsistent.

Is B2 Services OÜ the owner?

No. McLuck identifies B2 Services OÜ as its payment services agent, a separate role. The official footer and FAQ give the company number as 16579410 and a Tallinn address. A payment agent may be involved in processing payments; that does not make it the disclosed operator or establish that it owns the website.

What does the B2SPIN trademark filing show?

A USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board filing dated July 8, 2025, names B2SPIN Limited as the applicant seeking the McLuck mark for online gaming services. The filing supports that narrow trademark-application connection. It does not establish that B2SPIN Limited operates McLuck.com, owns B-Two Operations Limited, or is McLuck’s parent company.

Does the public information identify McLuck’s ultimate owner?

The reviewed official disclosures establish B-Two Operations Limited as the operator but do not identify its shareholders, parent company, or ultimate beneficial owner. Therefore, they are not enough to name an individual or another company as the ultimate owner. A definitive answer about corporate control would require a separate, current authoritative corporate record.

How McLuck describes its service

McLuck’s current Terms of Service describe the platform as an online social-gaming service and say its games are intended for entertainment and do not offer “real money gambling.” That is the company’s description; it should not be treated by itself as a broader legal or regulatory conclusion.
