What is known about the injury?
The available report identifies the affected area as Heintschel’s right leg, but does not provide a specific diagnosis, severity, recovery estimate, or postgame statement from Pittsburgh or Heintschel. Being ruled out for the rest of that game does not establish that the injury is season-ending.
