After the Hunting the Hunter trial, follow the scent trail to a crane, climb it, and drop the suspended box. Use the box as a step to reach the open window; it leads into a large office.
How to get to the open window

After the Hunting the Hunter Nightmare Trial in the Raise Some Hell sequence, follow the scent trail through the open area toward the crane. Sportskeeda’s Canada walkthrough places this route after the trial.

If you can’t interact with the crane or box
The walkthrough does not list button inputs. Follow the on-screen prompts for your game’s control configuration. The documented route uses the crane’s suspended box as the step up to the window; no alternate route is described.
