What did Marvel say about the logo?
Brad Winderbaum, identified in the report as head of Marvel Television, hinted that the logo contains clues for comic fans: “If you’re a fan of the comics, there’s a lot hidden in that logo.” He added, “That’s all you’re getting. It’s supposed to be a secret.” Marvel has not explained what the details mean.
The report interprets the “O” as resembling Tony Stark’s arc reactor and the “A” as resembling a S.H.I.E.L.D. logo. Those are visual readings, not confirmation that Iron Man, S.H.I.E.L.D., Riri Williams, Mephisto, or any related storyline will feature in the series.

Is the show based on Marvel’s Zodiac comics group?
Marvel Comics has a group called Zodiac whose members are based on astrological signs, a reference noted in the Gizmodo report. Marvel has not confirmed that the television series adapts or connects to that group; the report considers a connection doubtful. The shared name alone does not establish an adaptation.

That possibility has been raised, but no confirmation is reported. For now, Zodiac is the announced title; whether Marvel changes it has not been established.
