Lunaland’s Help Center currently lists Idaho, Nevada, Washington, Connecticut, Montana, New York, New Jersey, Louisiana, Michigan, California, Tennessee, Indiana, Maine, and Iowa as unsupported for gameplay. That is Lunaland’s published availability guidance—not a definitive ruling on whether sweepstakes casinos are legal in each state. Its Terms of Use list only four excluded states, so check the current signup flow and Help Center before relying on either list.
What states does Lunaland list as unsupported?
Lunaland’s Help Center says the service is available only within the United States and lists these 14 states as unsupported for gameplay:
- California
- Connecticut
- Idaho
- Indiana
- Iowa
- Louisiana
- Maine
- Michigan
- Montana
- Nevada
- New Jersey
- New York
- Tennessee
- Washington
The Help Center also cautions that a particular game may have additional restrictions, including in a state where Lunaland’s broader service is available. See Lunaland’s current gameplay availability guidance for its published list.

Lunaland’s Terms of Use, last updated May 14, 2026, define “Excluded Territories” to include Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, and Washington. They also exclude U.S. territories and possessions and jurisdictions outside the United States. That is a material difference from the Help Center’s 14-state unsupported list; the cited pages do not explain or reconcile it.

The Help Center article is presented in search results as updated this week, making it the better guide to Lunaland’s currently displayed gameplay restrictions. Still, the discrepancy means you should confirm your own eligibility with the live signup flow or Lunaland support rather than treating either page as a complete legal map. The Terms of Use also say territorial availability may change and that Lunaland may monitor location and block access where participation is illegal or restricted.
Does “available” mean Lunaland is legal in your state?
No. The Help Center list describes where Lunaland says it does or does not offer gameplay; it is not a state-by-state legal opinion. The Terms put responsibility on users to comply with applicable law and reserve Lunaland’s ability to restrict access by location. A state’s absence from the Help Center’s unsupported list does not establish that every Lunaland feature is legally available there.

The product descriptions also depend on the feature in question. Lunaland describes itself as an online social gaming service. Its May 2026 Terms characterize Luna Coins as virtual gameplay tokens with no monetary value and say Luna Coin games do not award prizes of monetary value, while the homepage separately promotes sweepstakes and prizes. Those statements refer to different descriptions of the service; do not assume every game or feature has identical mechanics. Users must be over 18, or meet any higher applicable age of majority.

How to check whether you can play from your location
- Check the Help Center list. If your state appears above, Lunaland currently lists it as unsupported for gameplay.
- Try the live signup flow. A missing state or city may indicate a location restriction. Lunaland’s signup troubleshooting article says restrictions and eligibility can change.
- Check the specific game’s rules. A title may impose an additional location restriction even if the platform is otherwise available in your state.
- Confirm your age eligibility. You must be over 18 or meet a higher age of majority where applicable.
Why can’t you select your state during signup?
Lunaland says a state or city missing from the signup menu may reflect a restriction. If you believe the location is supported but the system cannot verify it, check that your device’s location settings are enabled and that your browser permits location access. The gameplay help page specifically suggests enabling browser location permissions when location verification fails.

- GENUINE CASINO EXPERIENCE: Authentic Las Vegas table-played cards for the excitement of real casino play at home.
- PRISTINE CONDITION: Cards feature trimmed corners and/or casino cancellation marks, yet remain in excellent condition.
- 52 CARD DECK: No jokers included. Each deck contains 52 standard playing cards only, perfect for poker, blackjack, and other games not needing joker cards.
- VARIETY OF DESIGNS & COLORS: Mixed random casinos and colors provide a unique collectible experience; designs may vary.
- IDEAL FOR COLLECTORS & PLAYERS: A great addition to any card collection or home game night.
Location permissions are for verifying where you are, not for bypassing a restriction. Do not use a VPN or location-spoofing tool to make an unsupported location appear eligible: Lunaland says it may monitor location and block restricted access. If the signup list and Help Center seem inconsistent, contact Lunaland through its official Help Center for current guidance.
